i think it is literally the equilivant of a portable wiiu. the console aspect is unimpressive, but considering their last handheld was the new 3ds, the switch is a considerable upgrade

there is nothing interesting or exciting about it.
there is no element of surprise since we know the launch title is zelda wiiu. a game which we all know was meant for the wiiu, not NX. a game we all knew was ready AT LEAST 6 months ago, but was held back just to help the nx. that to me tells me they have absolutely nothing worthwhile for the nx release.

NX is the last console for nintendo. i dont even know why they are sending a new console out to market when everyone in the universe knows its destined to fail.
i think it would be good if the console is wedge shaped, then at least it will keep the door open when it inevitably fails as a games console.

its just like the wii, at first everyone gets all excited, then after the smoke clears you realise what you actually have is degraded games which are basically glorified tech demos.
there may be one or two games in the products lifetime that will be worthwhile owning, and justify the existence of the vr.

I used to watch the credits when I first started gaming, but after 20 years it doesn't mean so much.
Plus you knew to not skip the credits since there was a reward at the end, you unlock bonus modes, items etc. Now you have to pay for any bonus or to unlock specials.
The credits also used to be great because you heard new music, and there was a sense of achievement which you get to absorb while the credits roll.
what good does sitting through the credits do. the fact you bought the game is enough hat tipping.
plus you'd have to be really naive to think it was all fun and games making games. you only get games with that level of polish with hard work and commitment.
when teams dont have that work ethic, that devotion to making a good game, whatever it takes, thats when you get crap like no mans sky.

i hope that big ass logo they put on the side of the console is just for the purpose of the video and wont actually be on the finished product. makes it look tacky. would be better if it was more discreet
