A game that has been universally acclaimed and is sitting at a 90 metacritic is "half baked s**t". Someone hates good games
The Witcher 3 > Zelda
The Witcher started as an independent project that pushed it's way into the AAA market. CDPR footed the bill for development and had third party distribution. A company founded on localizing Balders Gate in Poland being compared to a developer backed by Sony is a little unfair.
I'd say the road to The Witcher 3 was a lot more impressive. A lot of unpaid overtime went into all those games due to being an independent developer.
Nioh
Compared to the SNES, N64, and GameCube? Nope.
I had to go with the short hair and five o'clock shadow for William to just not resemble Geralt lmao
And we've heard your disdain about Xbox 1000x over.
Very cool. Makes for less hoops to jump through.
Aloy definitely looks the coolest. I'm gonna go with Aloy.
Hope Nier does well outside of Japan. I'd hate to see it be reduced to "Best Game No One Played".
Looks fantastic and will move right onto it after Nioh and Horizon
Gamecube man
Yeah we know you don't like Xbox
Yeah but tbh this seems so much better than EA Access because you are getting a bunch of games not only published by EA.
A lot more diversity in the titles you can play versus choosing between sports games, Battlefield, Battlefront, and Mass Effect.
Might cancel my EA Access sub for this since it's the same price but for a wider and more diverse selection of games.
Not a bad deal at all
The color scheme looks tight as hell just think the added flair is a bit too tacky for my taste
I'm still too engrossed in Nioh to play anything else right now. Horizon is definitely on deck currently. Hopefully this coming weekend I'll beat Nioh and move on to Horizon then Nier in a few weeks.
Damn the Halo 2 and GTA IV tattoos lmao
I look at "Soulsborne" the same way I would describe Ori as a Metroidvania game. Not really a bad thing. Souls games just carved their own branch of ARPG and I think it's a very good one
Dark Souls invented the sword and shield
Waiting on NieR to be delivered today, but still only halfway through the 4th region in Nioh and then probably getting Toukiden 2 at some point.
Just picked up a Vita off a guy on Craigslist last night (OLED display, 8gb of storage, excellent condition and came with LBP Vita and Tearaway) for $130. Got the Toukiden demo and it's very cool and will most likely get the sequel on PS4. The games aren't very popular it seems though especially here in the West.
