Just finished the game a couple weeks back. Absolutely loved it. If you liked Skies of Arcadia, you'll like this one too. I often found myself thinking back to that game. Truly a gem.

To anybody that loved Skies of Arcadia, you owe it to yourself to check out Ys VIII: Lacrimosa of Dana.
I just finished playing it and still thinking about it. I feel it totally fell under the radar for most, which is a shame. It has the same sense of adventure, likeable characters, good soundtrack. The combat feels smooth and natural with special attack eye candy to look forward to.
Story-wise, it’s got humor to sadness.... it’s got it all.

Ah the shield of Early Access. I wonder why more devs don't use that as a defense. What incentive would there be to ever go v1? You lose the shield!
Expect this to be like on PC... alpha forever. Hide behind the shield of Early Access, rake in the bucks while your die hards apologize for you.

I love that Sony is committed to VR. It’s good for the industry whether you game on PSVR, Vive, or Rift. We all benefit. Pushing this platform forward is key going into next gen. Because even in its infancy, this medium has already blown me away and I can’t wait to see what the future holds.
