First off your information about attach rate is wrong, Sony is selling over 9 games per user. Second attach rate is irrelevant. Sony is selling nearly three times as much software yearly. Attach rate doesn't = profit, sales = profit.

I don't think it's an issue of time. PS Now offers a lot more than all the other services. 700+ games you can play on PS4 and PC. And now with the benefit of downloads it's even better.
Uh, what about EA/Origin access? Just admit it , PS Now is far more successful than you thought.

Those are private sellers. Anyone can sell things on Amazon, just like ebay.
It's not everyone. Amazon says they didn't get enough copies. Again, this isn't just an issue with Amazon, or Amazon.ca many retailers have the same issue. They can't ship what Rockstar hasn't sent them.
I'm pretty sure this isn't Amazons fault there have already been several reports of Rockstar limiting supply (presumably to force digital sales). Best Buy got limited supplies as well as many orders to other smaller retailers were delayed.
I agree, the gap between PS4 and xbox has been growing since 2013.
