Ok, there is a pretty easy solution, don't buy them.
A lot of people do enjoy them, and using Neir: Automata as your example seems like an incredibly poor choice as it adds a lot to that game. A lot of the games progression is tied to the leveling system, with out that you basically would just run from objective to objective instead of leveling up to progress the story and complete side quests.
So much for all that bragging about the 4k disc support, guess it wasn't such a big selling point after all.

This is on track to be the least exciting E3.
The console isn't going to be significantly more powerful in fall 2020 versus late 2019 or early 2020. AMD is on track to release Navi in 2019 which will have a minimum of 3-5 years as AMD's high end GPU.
And here is another point of view. Microsoft has the x which is only 1 year old by releasing early they force Microsoft to either rush out a new console or be on last gen for a year or two. Giving Sony at a minimum a full year if not two where they are the only ...
I dunno, I'm not saying I fully disagree. But that said Sony has been releasing games early in the year with great success. Even if they release early in the year the holiday will still be there and they can have more games and do sales and things they likely wouldn't do with a holiday launch.
Sony can go first Microsoft can go last (their used to being last) then Sony can come out with a Pro.
Don't buy it, millions still will. Xbox isn't going to be bringing you these niche Japanese games that's for sure.
AMD is 100% correct, ray tracing doesn't really matter until it's effective on all ranges of cards from entry level to high end. It's not the x080's that are the big sellers it's the x060's and x050's (the mid range cards). As t is the 2080ti is buckling under ray tracing even dialed back to 1080p is struggles to even maintain 60 fps. And for PC 1080p/60fps is way past outdated and most PC gamers are looking for 4k or144 fps or some combination.
Honestly, I would way rather have next gen be 60 fps than ray tracing.

All I'm reading is "well if it's only this thing or it's only that thing" it's ok.
We got to this point because people said the same types of things about DLC. If you accept it no matter how you accept it they will continue doing it and it will get worse. It's only been dialed back because of Battlefront 2's fiasco. Given time they will slowly dial it back up, from their perspective it wasn't that they...
That's not actually what they said, they said they will continue to support PS4. Just like they continued to support PS3 well after PS4's launch.

It doesn't mean they are not having an E3 show, it just means they won't be at the main E3 building. Nintendo doesn't have an E3 but they still have a show.
It's funny that the xbox fans cheered last year when Microsoft moved out of the E3 main stage.
I love puppies, kitties and PS4, the best gaming brand because it has so many great sales.

Sony has better sales 365 days a year and 366 days a year every leap year and Sony sells more software year round so clearly PS4 is the better console.
Yeah, Microsoft doesn't have to talk about things weeks in advance they need to talk about things years in advance just to get people to give a crap... Like the X which they talked about almost 2 years in advance. How's that xbox scarlet going got a release date on that yet?
Wait, you came into an article about Sony and started talking about Microsoft's sales and your trying to call me out... LoL good one!
BTW Sony announced their week long Black Friday before Microsoft got scared and started their deal. And as I said Sony has had multiple different groups of sales going on at the same time since September.
@Christopher
What your saying defeats itself, if all that stuff is free then why do they need to sell more? Just add it for free.
There is only a point beyond if you let them get away with it.
Again this type of stuff was free in older games and even some modern games, the only reason pay stuff was added was because people became willing to pay for things that were already free (just like Ubisoft is saying). It's like when compani...
It'll have 100% more VR than the xbox version
Pass.
Who's buying 1080p/60 unless if they are going ultra budget You can get 1440p/60 for $100 And 1440P/144 even at large sizes like 27'/32' can be had for $300. And we are talking PC here so the assumption is people are sitting at a desk.
And even talking TV's 4k has basically become the standard, you can by 4k for the price of a 1080p just a year or two ago.
I think saying 1080p is outdated is a completely reasonable statement. 1080p in 20...
