Too bad it seems it is a fake rumour. I would have welcomed more of my silent ps3 co-gamers chatting. I returned my failbox in favour of a ps3 because it was a shoddy machine, but I sure miss that people used headsets vastly more often than the ps3 people.
This review is of so low quality that it is a waste of time to read it. Why even bother writing such shoddy reviews in the first place?
I certainly hope this is true! A little over 2 years ago, I think, I played ME1 and it blew me away, great game. But then I returned the 360 to the store since the hardware was crap and prone to breaking down, after two new consoles and two scratched games I had had enough. Seeing as there now is a chance for one of my favourite games to come to the ps3 I'm quite happy ;)

Excel: So? If you look at the magazine scans they show an anorectic teenager girl with giant titties bulging beneath her minimal combat garb of silk underwear while she is bending over. This looks just like another typical asian style shet game. Females are exploited enough in western style games but the asians take the sexualization to a whole new pathetic and silly level. I remember back in the days I got a c64...I pretty much went loco and when the nerd-rage-joy-frothing had receded I was playing lost (or was it last?) ninja. Great times. I hope the kid gets many happy hours on his console, after all the RRoD seems to be a thing of the past what with the new 360:s.

I'm frickin' pumped about this game! Bioware has been a part of my gaming life since before BG1 and I've loved all their rpg's. Thus it saddens me that my 60gb ps3 just got a yellow light :(

I'm personally very sceptical of both the movie and certainly of the game. I think both will be crap. Mainly because as soon as devs start babbling about groundbreaking, "more than a game", a new universe and other such silly things its usually just an indicator of a shoddy game in the making. I mean...its UBI after all, what can we expect?

When did it get a demo? I must have missed it at the PSN? But judging from the screenies it has the looks of sex on a lush pixel bed in the garden of Eden. But if the gameplay is like in the first game I'm not getting it. That was a huge disappointment for me.
Well, Dead Space did a good job of scaring me at least. I was unnerved on all my dog walks at the evenings for a month after playing that game! I do scare easily. I Guess I'm lucky in that way, because I always get the maximum scare for the bucks when playing action/horror games =)

I'm actually disappointed that headsets won't be obligatory. I used to own a 360, and while I returned it to the store because its hardware was prone to malfunction and got a ps3 instead, I liked the 360 online experience much more than the dead silent world of ps3 online gaming. I don't understand why so many ps3-users fear a headset so much for.
