Add the TWO top 100 X1X SKUs and it's obvious it outsold the Pro in 2017 and it did it with less than 2 months from the whole year.
Xbox One X did outsell the PS4 Pro in 2017, but the NPD lumps both models together.

More checkerboard 4k, less 1440p. There's actually been quite a few games that came out in 2017 that had no support at all the Pro Enhanced icon not even on the back of the boxes.
Hopefully there will better Pro support from third party after this.

It's cool the Xbox One X version actually has higher resolution shadows than the PC version is capable of.
I'd say they've already made a comeback. 2018 will be continuing the upward trend.
