Sure you can always re-download them on PS3 but you can't play them on PS4. Higher chance of PS3 breaking over time, always needing more than 1 console, no hardware boosts from emulation, etc. It's bad for the consumer.
Shark Card is the best Protagonist
No, not for a long time. Digital will become the majority of purchases as it becomes more and more an attractive option. Backwards compatibility will play a major part since your library will still be playable on the next platform.
(Imagine if you couldn't play your digital music library if you bought a new digital music device. Yes, Sony and Nintendo have a lot to learn as their digital libraries have all been lost onto older systems. They even re-release games digital...
No doubt it's already in the works.
300 games that play best on Xbox One X, leaving 156 games for PS4 Pro. That's the way it works right now. It's best to own both.
You don't think that Sony would say that Pro was best selling premium console worldwide if it was?
Average Metacritic scores for 2017:
Xbox One - 71.2%
Switch - 71.2%
PS4 - 70.1%

YESS always wanted to get around to playing Darkness 2 and Spec Ops. Thanks Xbox!
World wide numbers for premium consoles were never released.
Last gen consoles have nothing to do with the Xbox One X being the worlds most powerful console.
PS4 games had a lower average metacritic % for 2017 than Xbox/Switch/PC.
Yeah I'd expect Sony will be releasing a sales report soon saying that PS4 Pro is selling ever so slightly more than the X in the month of January...
The Xbox One X confirmed outsold the Pro during the Holidays and that's where it counts.
Also, if you are now using Amazon's top 100 then you agree with me that the X outsold the Pro for the whole year of 2017.
That stuff didn't really matter with 2D graphics or bad looking 3D graphics. They were all basically the same.
It did but they had to give it up to the X
Xbox One X already has the crown, it's the worlds most powerful console. Unless Sony releases the PS5 this year or something.
mods soon :s
Maybe you don't but I still have my 60gb PS3 with full PS1 and PS2 hardware backwards compatibility and I still use it.
I'm looking to pick one up later this year to replace my Wii. eBay it is.

Get the Pro. Sony doesn't support it as much as they should, but most games still get a boost on it.
Xbox One X is the best option, even if you have a 1080p TV. Every game has anisotropic filtering, downsampling, and better framerate if possible.
"PS4 would take a very long time so we might die before it is ready… Seriously, it would be doable but the path would really be very long and very expensive."
not gonna happen
Nice another Xbox Xclusive!
