I have already played through it twice and both playthroughs were over 40 hours. Just started a new game too recently which I will play the Kasumi and Overlord dlc on when I get around to it (playing too much RDR atm...) But yea my point was that I definitely agree with you, has more worth than most games out there, not to mention it is brilliant.
You should only judge the game for what it is anyway. Judging a game based on hype is stupid. Whether or not the game has been hugely hyped up, if you think it is good then it must be good in your opinion.
Fables visuals have always been more focused on the art anyway, rather than how technically impressive they are. Annoys me how barely anyone seems to care about art direction and shrugs off any game that doesen't have an impressive polygon count -_-
I loved the first two Twisted Metal Games, the others... not so much. I thought Black was pretty crap, and the new one doesen't look very good to me either. Could be wrong but I have lost interest after seeing the demo footage from E3.
meh will stick with BC2, don't think DICE are going to really improve much with MOH.

Will probably be Alan Wake 2, or at least I sure hope so. One of the best games so far this year IMO.

I don't really expect to see many hardcore orientated games for awhile. Microsoft have only given developers a year to make games for it so far, a lot of games typically take 2 years however. Most games will probably be casual focused anyway, but Microsoft is trying to get that audience, and though Sony is too Kinect seems like it may drag in that casual audience more than Move will.
It sounds bad but I actually feel like there was at least some thought behind the name unlike Playstation Move.
Must say, this is a incredibly clever idea to promote natal to the casual audience aswell as the xbox 360 in general. Though all you can do is wonder if it will pay off.
Either dlc or they will confirm they are going to making AW2 :) They did say they wanted to and they felt like they got enough good praise for it. Not sure what the overall sales are like though, but they should pick up over time due to RDR being out at the same time pretty much.
It will be innovative eh?... we will see about that. Personally hating the sound of this, DS does not need multiplayer and it seems like a waste of development time. If they do some sort of co-op however it 'may' be good.
Wouldn't expect them to announce another battlefield for awhile. Don't see BF3 happening for a long time of anything, they seem pretty focused on Bad Company instead. I could always be proven wrong though.
I think he was more implying that racing game sales have not been as high as expected due to everyone becoming obsessed with fps and action games over the past few years. There has been tons of great racers this gen though and plenty more still to come.
I would love to see some of the maps from the first come back, getting sick of laguna presa coming up constantly in rush :/
