Hence the slogan...
"Greatness awaits."
The conference was really awesome, but the lack of release dates is really sad.
A very dangerous double edged sword, as many games never see their final release state.
If the choice for the world was mine, I would say no to this feature. I can see it being over abused by companies.
"Expansion"...
Why not call CoD DLC "expansions" too?
It is just a generic DLC, pure and simple.
Smh
Agreed. This made sure that I won't buy the game.
It actually means that they are prioritizing GRAPHICS over gameplay and features; If they didn't spend so many resources on it, it would be possible to KEEP having 60fps and split screen.
But no, graphics are the one thing they cannot lower down. Everything else isn't.
Simple: the 2013 version never existed as a game, only straight false advertisement.
People seem to forget it in every news about Ghost Recon... Ubisoft's release versions are not half as beautiful as their marketing pieces.
Why would it be different with TD?
Bethesda be praised!
Batman series always ripped content from the game. But gamers love it, so you can't criticize it.
Stop giving these idiots attention just to try to fish some hits.

Thanks a ton. Imagine RDR with better frame rate.
Specially if there is the chance for a performance boost. Can anyone please provide confirmed info on this?
Does the frame rate changes?
I played it daily. More than 300 hours in it.
The day they released the first DLC and locked previously available content for non-buyers (good luck on the nightfall/heroic rotation if you don't buy DLC), I deleted the game. Literally. Never played it again and won't give them more money.
Excellent shooting mechanics, really top notch.
Awful disrespect towards gamers in a game heavily designed around DLC, instead of the opposite way.
Provolone, seriously, Sony should hire you. You only wrote truths and almost made me throw even more money towards Sony.
+well said
In the GAMES field, Sony wrecked Microsoft. On the FEATURES level, I sincerely would like to hear your analysis, because, in mine, it is where MS stood up. Fallout mods, Backwards compatibility, Game Preview Program (which is risky, yes), these things... Sony Media Player, media server etc.
I just hope the servers are not unified. One of the biggest perks of playing on a console is not having to deal with millions of cheaters on MP games.
Please, does anyone know how this runs on an old 4S?
You can safely assume 2017 for most of this stuff.
But yes, it will be on every "the biggest games to be released in 2016" list very soon, regardless of being truth or not.
Collector's Edition for a standard DLC?
Yeah, while people but it, the industry will keep loving this milk.
Incredible that people disagree with you in regard to Ubisoft.
Dude! I agree that it was awesome in every little aspect of it, but... It is Ubisoft. The game obviously won't look half that good.
I don't really mind, except for the obvious lack of honesty from the company, coming back again and again to false advertisement, but the gameplay looks top notch!
Any info about a release window?
I'm guessing 2017, but hoping 16.
And this is why they didn't announce the price at the conference.
1. Regardless of exclusivities, this is shaping to be one of the best years in a long time.
Bloodborne
TW3
Batman
Dying Light
Mortal Kombat
Mad Max
Fallout 4
Star Wars
Until Dawn
Just Cause 3
The Tomorrow Children
A lot of top notch stuff.
2. Why is everyone mentioning MS in this article?
The question should be: How good is it?
And not: How good is...
