They do know it.
But they also know soon upcoming games seel MUCH more and generate MUCHore hype than games for a long term release.
So they lie about the first release date, which, as a rule now, is not the real date anymore.
Or maybe it is all a coincidence that everything is being delayed now. Yes, you can believe it.
He isn't a "hardcore PC gamer" anymore, just plays there when he needs too.
It's not that hard.
I also have a gaming PC, pretty decent, that I only use when absolutely needed. See? I wouldn't say I'm into "PC gaming" thus, even though I occasionally use my PC to game.
And cheats and hack on multiplayer games, and delayed versions, and terrible ports, and etcetcetc...
Obviously! Regardless of what they called it, it was closer to a demo than to a beta.
This statement pretty much confirms it.
What you need to see to join the hype train:
1. The boom animation for the nuclear weapon.
2. The respawn animations already revealed.
That has to be enough. Otherwise, you're not drinking enough Overcharge.
The gameplay will be mindless probably, a hybrid between a shooter and Tony Hawks, but in the age of oh-so-insightful wannabe games, a stupid purely fun game is something very needed.
A must buy to me.
Alien: obviouly bad game.
LBP: always great.
Unity: Ubisoft. Can be great or suck. I'd bet on mediocre again. Also comes out every year.
Ehan Carter. Really?
Inquisition: lol
Destiny: overhyped and uninspired Borderlands, but given the year, GotY contender.
Shadow of Mordor: looks awesome.
Evolve: you're joking, right? Not in the mood for ultra repetitive games.
Lords of the Fallen: can it be the first above horrible ...
Welcome to the future!
This is one of the reasons why 2014 is the year with less great new titles since 1789. Lots of studios making free to play and mobile games, studios that could be doing something above decent.
Yet some simpler people ask why gamers get mad when another studio announces that its next product will be garbage leveled...
Expecting a game company to stand by its word?
Big mistake.
About the new trash announced, doesn't the App Store has literally at least one similar game per week on the "collector" microtransactions sim own genre?
The year of the delay.
Agreed. Almost anything is worse in AC3. AC2 Brotherhood is by far the best IMO, but it's good to have played AC2 before it...
Are we back to the 60's?
The world support communism. We need communism. Remove China's communism out of the equation and you'll see our consuming capitalism fall apart. Almost every electronic on your house and job, or even used to run this site was fully or partially made there.
So, yeah, you support communism.
Borderlands + COD/Halo archetype MP = Destiny.
Anything else?
Oh, sure, the most important part: dozens of millions on marketing.
Absolutely more of the same. The fact that there is a disposable hub city does no make it a MMO or anything near it. Actually, the game would be better if there wasn't two loading times and lots of running between the player and the vendors that act exactly like a menu would.
Probably will buy...
It looks completely awesome!!!
If it ever come to Playstation I'll get it in a blink. (I do have a great gaming PC, but don't like playing on it.)

To eferreira below, this a retaliation rune. If a spike hits you, it's dead.
Appreciated. Will need every drop of it.
The toughest to me, though, are the remix bosses staged fights, since you can't bring your chars and tank these hellish creatures with a barbarian king or a hokage glass cannon. Lots of skill required.
So much right on this comment!
Well said.
My biggest problem with the game design's strategy is its ultra generic MP. Why the F not do it into the "open" world?!?!?!
Lots of people don't like Destiny, but like Halo. So what?
I was reading about it and Elite this week. Such a great game. If only I was able to land my ship back on that MSX childhood...
It's the only part of his post that I don't really agree.
It will happen if they decide it will and approach it the right way.
MS tried with a turd in their PR front. Put someone charismatic and smart there and everybody will swallow it the same way everyone swallows ANYTHING in this industry.
We "not letting" something happen is an illusion. MS lost the first round, but the change is coming, it is pretty clear. We suck a...
So people are naive for believing that the service offering one year old games in local play will keep doing so, but somehow you the genious think that a more expensive service offering MUCH older content through REMOTE play will completely turn around? Talk about naive "kids", to use your words.
Yes, you're really a great genious.
And get you facts straight. "EA Access offers games that people played years before already". The games...
You're on a GAMING site and you think you dont consume FOXCONN?
How ignorant can an oh so proud yankee be? It's always a surprise...
You might even say you are not a supporter for the chinese "tirany", but your acts AND MONEY speak much louder than your internet rant through chinese hardware.
