There's no question that this is a beautiful game. But the perceived 60fps of Modern Warfare is hard to beat. We really need to see them running side by side to make a fair determination.

there's no surprise here. You get vastly SUP3RI0R hardware that sold at a resonable price. Whats the surprise? If you want an internet ready blu ray player then go out and pay 99.00 dollars for one if you want a gaming machine then you get an xbox 360. No at all surprised.

They should be thankful that this technically advanced game can even be ran on the if3ri0r ps3 hardware. They should also be thankful that Dice didn't show the SUP3ri0R 360 version running side by side with the paultry RSX driven version. PS3 0wners would really be p1ssed then. I don't blame them for favoring the 360. First of all multiconsole releases always sell better on 360. Sales do matter fant0rds. Secondly Ps3 fans are a bunch of whiners period. I agree with kingdoms. If games were written to talk full advantage of the technologically superior hardware of the xbox architecture on every multi console realease then the interior PS3 wouldn't even be in the same ball park. Unfortunately lately developers have been programming for the lowest common demnominator (PS3) holds these games back and they never really reach their full potential.
Well of course this game will sell millions and millions. It's for 360 for crying out loud. People that own a 360 actually buy games. Not like ps3 internet ready blu ray owners. 360 owners own and plays games!!! The only haters are those that actually are trying to use a ps3 for a gaming machine. When they see how awesome this runs on 360 and then go back home and fire up the COd on their internet ready blu ray player (PS3) they are sorely disappointed in the performance, online lag (when PSN is working), and muddy graphics. I don't blame them for being mad.
There's comparison here. The PC Version CRUSHES the ps3 version. PS3 with it's pitiful 256mb Video RAM and cave man like RSX are choking out trying to keep up.

That they want the online to work means this game will NEVER be released on PS3.

It'll have dropped frames, ugly RSX shadows, some weird smearing anti-aliasing, torn frames, and 5 gig MANDATORY install. Yeah, 360 version will definately be better.
Greywolf is just trying to stir up the crap. The fact remains that PC will have the dominant version of BF3 when compared to either console. My interest will be how the PS3 stacks up to 360. Given past experience with MW and BF it should be interesting.
