Trolling.
Wow that's some nasty TROLLING you're doing there.
Microsoft, Sony, and Nintendo all have the ability, money, and expertise to release very high quality games and have for years now.
Hmm I'm not sure what happened here? For this site to give such a low score that has consistently been scoring very well is a little questionable. Thats not to say they just have a different opinion, but I would feel that professional reviewers would all be looking for the same criteria in any given game. That this site differs from so many others is a little troubling.
In my opinion it's a great innovation for the gaming industry. It gives the player the incentive to replay the games over and over. This in turn gives the developer added time to release the sequel to the product will still having the consumer playing the game the studio already has on the market.
The general idea of having a goal other that just completing a games in ingenious.
I am currently playing Red Dead Redemption. In my opinion it's one of the best games that I have ever been exposed too. I'm not saying THE best but definitely one of the best. This type of game is my favorite.
this is simply a sign of the times. It's a really sensitive subject for Americans and other countries' solders and/or citizens that are involved in this conflict. In my opinion this is simply another form of expression. The developers have chosen this theater because if it's current position in the front of people's minds at this time. I'm not saying it's right or wrong for them to do so.
Well after reading the article (flamebait) and looking at all of the images I have to agree with the author in that the ps3 version had better lighting and bloom. I do think, however, that the author failed to mention that the 360 version appeared to have cleaner lines didn't look quite as blurry. I suspect that the quincux (i think that right) method of anti aliasing was applied on this ps3 edition. Unfortunately this method blurs the screen slightly.
Overall I still agree with ...
I've just never been a fan of colored this and that. The games are what it's about. The games.
maybe fable 3 will correct these shortcomings.
Well have to wait and see.
This studio has a reputation for releasing quality games.
Unfortunately with a very similar controller already on Wii, the move may not get a fair shake on reviews. I feel that if this were a completely new idea that it would have had the same effect on the market as the wii did. It probably should've scored higher but it similar to something already on the market.
This game looks a lot like Alone In the Dark.
The timing is right for a new handheld release from Sony. It could ride on the wave of momentum that the PS3 has created for Sony and should compete will with the next Nintendo handheld.
The demographic for videogames is males ages 15-35. Based on that...yes it probably is necessary to appeal to their target market.
Please watch the language.
I agree that this is a great idea for Sony. Anything with little big planet attached to it will sell very well and should be immensely successful.
That this is being compared to Wii at all is a little troubling. Obviously Sony is trying, as is Microsoft, to cash in on the market created by Nintendo. When in Rome do as the Romans do, I suppose. Here's to hoping Move is a great success. But I don't want to see the PS3 just turn into an hd wii.
It appears they've done a really great job with the moving train setting. As I recall some developers have had great difficulty with this concept. Kudos to these guys doing it so well on Multi-Console release game.
I hope that Sony takes the ball and runs with it on this device. They really have a chance to draw wii fans to a higher fidelity experience. I hope they stay away from doing the Mii too thing.
Sony has a unique opprotunity to capitalize on the momentum of Wii here. The consumers that have had experience with the sub hd wii now have the chance to get a more accurate yet similar interface on a power hd system with very creative games to back it up. As a result i'm not surprised that the move is actually "moving" very well.
Microsoft is really pushing the Kinect camera. I'm curious as to the adoption rate once it finally launches. This could be a risky move for them.
Trolling really seems to be a problem on this site.
