Yes, but it isn't that isn't a focus of that game, it's not a shooter. Horizon is the only one on the list that is somewhat of a shooter, but it's combat doesn't focus on guns either, although it does have them.

I love games with guns, I also like highly produced games that don't have guns. Are we going to pretend TLG is a shooter because Trico shoots lighting out?
PlayStation is making games for people who don't need to shoot a gun.

The point is pretty clear, the same thing happened with the 360 and if I had to guess the same thing will happen with their next system. It seems to be a model they follow quite consistently.
