Here is the webcache of the Seattle Times article.

This is the exact quote from the article.
"Notably, all the titles Microsoft featured will have variants available on the PC."
Probably something to due with Microtransactions. I bet Halo 5 will be F2P too, selling REQ packs.
I submitted the Seattle Times article.
It also said every Xbox One game would be coming to Windows 10 in some form or another, probably meaning some will be F2P like Forza 6 is and some won't.
The Xbox One officially has no exclusives, in my opinion that's a risky strategy if they plan on continuing Xbox hardware.
Only time will tell.
It sounds like the Xbox One officially has no fully exclusive games, which is a risky strategy in my opinion if they plan on continuing Xbox hardware.
Only time will tell.
A version of Forza 6 is F2P on Windows 10 and pretty much every game will have a Windows 10 version.
That's pretty interesting.
The article is referencing it's trade in value which reflects the demand for the product, not personal feelings about the games quality.
It is a strange topic to write an article about though.
That's fantastic. Trade value at a gaming store usually relates to the demand for a resellable product.
For example, the more demand for a game will lead to a higher trade in credit, because they can resell it quickly, unless something is rare, Halo 5 isn't rare.
Manage your expectations.

The consumer version was pretty much delayed indefinitely a few days ago.

You won't have to wait long for Gears Ultimate.
Driveclub shouldn't be on that list in my opinion. It had a terrible launch, but it is a fantastic game.
@EDMIX
No where did I say that exclusives are the only thing that matters.
But if you think Halo, Mario and Gran Turismo haven't shaped the identities of these consoles, you're mistaken.
For example, it wouldn't be crazy to say Halo 2 is the reason the 360 even exists.
The PS2 had an insane amount of exclusives and sold over 150 million units.
I don't know any console released in history that didn't have fully exclusive software.
This would be a first.
When I hear this reasoning, I can't help but think why don't they just become a software publisher. Put your games on PS4, Steam and everything else.
It would save billions in R & D.
Yeah, they better be careful if their plans are to maintain making Xbox hardware.
Having certain games on PC is no big deal. But if all if them start going, it's a bit different.
No, I was just told about it.
It appears so. Apparently some journalist was talking about it on his podcast yesterday.
You do know there are thumbstick covers with all sorts of different surfaces for controllers.
They cost next to nothing and is alot easier than dismantling an Xbox One controller.
PlayStation made all the right moves and Xbox made all the wrong moves.
Now it seems like Xbox One is just scrambling for any opportunity it can to stop the bleeding.
Also it seems like in a lot of ways the Xbox One got worse compared to the 360, while the PS4 got better compared to the PS3. For example, the 360 didn't have mandatory installs, while the Xbox One has super long installs. The UI for the 360 was fast, the Xbox One UI is slow. XBL has been ...
I meant Warzone from Halo 5.
