And so it begins.
Indeed! Phenomenal!
Another Amazing Feature from the Ultimate Next Gen Console!
Lmao
So now we know (well we've always suspected) that Obscure_Observer, doesn't truly care about which one runs better.
He just wants to cheer lead for his favorite plastic box which is xbox.
Can't take anything he says regarding power differences seriously anymore (not that it wasn't the case already) since it's fueled by whichever favors his agenda.
Got to give it up to their marketing team lol
"Why do that? "
Because it's pro consumer
I dunno the travis scott mcdonald's meal was selling out
And they would call you a fanboy if you didn't see it as Sony copying lol
Lol his "buddy" is a rapper named Logic. He isn't a random friend of his. Though I didn't know he wasn't a huge fan of playstation.
A lot of people don't understand this lol.
They think resolution or RT is the only thing holding back frames.
So you're blaming the S?
What happened to everything "scaling" so nothing holds anything back? Doesn't fit your current narrative?
"Thinking resolution is the only graphics option... Cute."
Missing the point. People thought the TF difference would be huge to the point were we should see resolution and frame rate differences ala Pro and One X.
Interesting choice of a title for a direct link to a tweet
@Shaggy
"More goes into a video game than just resolution and frame rate, there are loads and loads of things that can be effect by the power of a console, draw distance, number of assets etc"
I 100% agree. But the man said the power is " **much** **bigger*** than 16% " The PS5 and Series X have a "much bigger" power gap than 16% compared to the Series S and we see what the difference is there. . . If what he said was true, r...
Sony doesn't have to counter everything MS does. Microsoft needed to do this move. Sony on the other hand doesn't. They'll make acquisitions where it makes sense for them, not to counter MS.
Yeah that's how I see them utilizing Bethesda. Makes the most sense.
"Err... much bigger than 16% but not getting into that argument again."
If it's "much bigger" then they shouldn't run at the same res and frames. . .
"I think its a stretch to think that this quantifies either."
Why would it be a stretch to say that this proves that the PS5 isn't as underpowered as some have said in the past? People were saying that the PS5 would struggle to do 4k/60fps. Remember when people laughed when it was revealed that the unreal 5 demo was 1440p/30fps? People assumed that the Series X would be able to run it at double the frames if the demo ran on the system.
"...
Time to pull up the old articles and see who believed this and claimed that Sony was lying about this. . .
That's actually interesting to note because the GPU difference is significant although CPU and RAM are slight hits. I assume there will be an S version because that would be a disaster if there wasn't. So one of two things happened, either they lied or they had to remove some things for the S version. Guess we'll find out later.
Can't believe so many downplayed Sony's implementation of BC before the console even released
