It's not the "PS3's fault" it's the developers not wanting to put the extra effort in making the PS3 version on par with the 360's version.

It's not using all of the 360's power. Developers say that every year only to say that again the following year and produce an even better looking game than last year.
The 360 is close to being maxed out though. I feel like 343 can squeeze a little more out of the 360 with their next game after Halo 4.

Making great looking games is one thing, but making next gen looking games on current gen consoles is another.
There is no way a 3rd party developer that focuses on multiple consoles is going to make better looking games than a 1st party developer that strives for visual excellence and focuses on one console.
Not possible for a multiplatform game unless a tremendous amount of effort is put in solely for graphics.

How was the 360 maxed out in 08 when 343 just released screen shots of Halo 4 that are better looking than any GeoW game?
I stilly think the PS3 can have better looking games than UC3. GoW 4 might come and set an even HIGHER standard for graphics.

The PS3 and the 360 still have juice in them. Halo 4 for the first makes me feel that developers are finally reaching that ceiling this gen.
PS4 and 720 are not currently needed as proven by 343 and Naughty dog.

I knew it. I knew that the 350 wasn't being maxed out. Finally Microsoft has a first party developer that can use the 360 to it's full potential like Sony's first party studios are doing for the PS3.
PS4 and 720 can wait. I still think that the 360 and the PS3 still have juice in them left as shown by these Halo 4 screen shots.
