***"Hold on.....when did Sony make their announcements clarifying issues on DRM, used block games etc? Oh yeah, that's right, at E3!"***
The fact is Sony actually clarified this the day after the reveal and several times afterward BEFORE E3. People just weren't sold on their answers and thought Sony was manipulating the English language to their benefit to come off as vague. At E3 they just addressed MS's policies at the time directly saying "no thi...
***"I think that the lesson here is that DF was so far off the mark its laughable."***
I think the actual lesson here is not to be quick to jump on a rumor as fact or as it mostly likely being true no matter who's reporting it to be honest.
Just keep it in mind and hope that it's true or not true depending if it's positive or negative and what side of the coin you fall on.
That sucks big time. Confirms that greedy Activision is to blame.
What are you going on about? Who cares which one is typed out first. It's just a title.
Wow a lot of people are overreacting and/or jumping the gun on a *rumor*. I see several people who claim to be devoid of "fanboyism" showing their true colors lol.
No need to be upset/disappointed or happy/excited yet.
^^^
***"How do you disagree with a fact?"***
Nothing here is "fact" though... This article is labeled "rumor" for a reason. Maybe that's probably why people are disagreeing because they are making "this outsold that" statements as if these numbers are definitive written in stone facts.
A couple of people are hoping for some bad news I see...
And this pretty much solidifies FFXV being the Final Fantasy game we have been waiting for since FFX.
I know a good portion of fans want turn based battle system, but when they eventually pick up XV they will realize that XV is indeed the direction Final Fantasy needed to go.
Nomura is pushing FF in a new direction that FF needs to go all while retaining the old school FF feel. Can't get much better that. FFXV is looking good.
This will be great for sports games.
Yeah it's interesting because it means the integration between the two should be near seamless.
Of course you don't. ;)
***"Those who want MS out are just upset sony fanboys who hate having to see another company outshine their beloved Sony corp on a regular basis."***
And those who want Sony out aren't upset fanboys? Interesting logic you have there unless you are admitting that you are in fact a fanboy.
What we have seen so far is generic sure, but that's only a small part of it and the MP is where the uniqueness of KILLZONE is at anyway.
Edit:
***"Played KZ2's MP extensively. Didn't leave a lasting impression on me"***
Unfortunate. Still doesn't negate that the MP was unique with it's Warzone mode and clan system (and operations mode for KZ3).
Bad news for Belking...
Sorry couldn't resist.
Never understood why people take polls/surveys seriously anyway. They may or may not represent reality.
I would love to see a Jak 4.
I'm not surprised that it is the case for you.
lol @ you hitting the disagree, you know it's true ;)
lol
***"I'm used to the double standards by the fangirls here and the bias this site has."***
Are you trying to imply that you aren't guilty of double standards and are not bias at all?
Dang, I just bought it not too long ago for 40 bucks. I should have waited.
