@LWOGaming
That's not what gaming is about lol gaming is about having fun. If the difficulty level is set at a certain level it's because the developer intended it to play at that level.
They can add options yes but that's up to the devs and certainly doesn't put them in any danger of alienating people since the fanbase for this type of game is looking for a nice challenge.
If your not good enough either get better, watch ...
This is why waiting is sometimes the best way with these companies lol I'll pick it up at a deep discount eventually
I will never understand why crunch is such a huge thing in video game culture. Can there ever not be crunch? Lol
Metaverse will be huge when the technology catches up. For now it's on the sidelines and will remain there probably for a few years. All the big companies are already in on it as well as mainstream culture. It's only going to get bigger
Whether people on n4g support it or not it's already generating cash
Never heard of most of these games but they look great. I'll save them for my steam deck binge later this year lol
Wow I'm impressed lol
I mean it's a Lego game, the bar is pretty low tbh but hopefully it can top Lego city. They haven't been able to beat it imo, this looks like an actual good game not even by Lego standards lol
Definitely bad for the industry. Anything Microsoft has always been more about money than the devs, the craft, or the gamers.
This is insane. I might buy an Xbox if they come up with some worthwhile exclusive stuff.
I don't play call of duty or war craft or much multi-player so if that's all they have its not a big deal to me.
This will affect tons of ppl though if they become exclusive games for Xbox
Tbh I like the challenge of learning to aim with a controller in shooter games lol the mouse is just too easy, it's instant but I hear ya, keyboard controls suck idk how PC gamers put up with it lol
If only a fully supported handheld could come out of this. Given the vita debacle I can't say I'm willing to give it another shot.
Even though the vita to this day is still a great device with better features than another famous handheld that shall not be named lol
Sunset overdrive, wt a great time sinker lol good times..good times
If you've never played the game, that's a shame.
It's got great lore, judging by your comment that probably doesn't make a difference to you.
I don't but I'm willing to try it out if the storytelling overcomes the repetition. How would you rate the story vs. Repetition ?
Actually not a fan or roguelites at all lol
That's why I haven't played it, but I am really big on story and interesting ways they can be told.
I liked the narrator for bastion but never finished it. Same with transistor. I beat binding of Issac once and that was enough for me, too repetitive lol
Now is the story worth the repetition ? That's my main concern, big Greek mytho enthusiast too
Have yet to play this game. People are really serious about this one huh, bastion and transistor were fun little distractions, is this game miles ahead of those ?
They've always taken a long time localizing the legend of heroes series games with the exception of cold steel that brought the series to light.
There probably wasn't much demand or funding for it but people are picking it up more now.
Never got to play the third age, I vaguely remember the cover art. Maybe I'll give it a shot someday
The only time I take issue with a long game is when the content is repetitive and exists to simply pad the length of the game out.
If content is engaging and varied I will definitely take my time with it like a fine aged wine that only ripens the longer I take to finish it lol
this is of course very rare and I usually end up moving to another game when I feel I've had my money's worth and there's nothing wrong with that imo as long as you enjoyed...
I'm just hoping it's not too expensive and that I can purchase a ps5 normally by the time it releases. Those are my main concerns, and from the specs I can already tell it's a winner.
Sony is generally good when it comes to quality so I don't have much doubt they'll pull off a high quality experience. Psvr was a great start and they did what they could with the tech so they already won me on that front.
Man I hate EA... but respawn...them I do like lol
