I guess they've decided to lean more into that style. Although, I didn't play the first one due to it being a dungeon crawler so maybe its always been that way. I don't mind as long as they don't change the main smt. Smt 5 was great.
I'm waiting to play this on ps5 so I hope by the time I can find one in ten years it'll be in a much better state by then lol

They've done wt they can with the tech. Using the engine from the xc1 remake , it looks much better than xc2 that's for sure.
Well it's good for those that only have a switch. As for me I'll be done with crappy 3rd party ports on switch pretty soon.

It looked great to me. Looks like persona, if you don't like the persona series I can see why it may bother you.
They have gotten a lot more mainstream, I wouldn't consider that generic though. Smt still looks like smt, a bit less dark though which has helped to widen the series appeal.
