Boring. The original was a decent game, but not something worth revisiting. I guess this is alright for anyone who never played the original.
Now, Rush of Blood should have been the real priority for a remake on PSVR2.

Sweet! The first GBA Fire Emblem game is my most played GBA title on NSO to date, which I finished. I never played this one before. I'll be jumping into this today!
I definitely dig the graphical overhaul, but man I hate the poo filter coloring. If they make a VR version at launch, I'll buy it day 1 though, poo and all. Skyrim VR is still one of my favorite VR experiences.
Elder Scrolls became Fallout. Geez, not even just the colors, but it looks like the land lost a lot of trees to a nuclear blast too.

I agree that I like it and am getting one day 1, however I fully disagree with you about the PS Portal. I find it fantastic, great controller, great screen & it's gotten even better after they began adding streamable games straight from the network, without a need to turn on your console. It only sucks if you have terrible, unstable internet.
Yikes. Yea, I was hoping for crazy beautiful green nature everywhere. That's what I remember about Oblivion vs all the snowiness of Skyrim. Instead, it looks like I dropped my glasses in a horse turd, tried to wipe it off and now am stuck w a poo filter.

doesn't even matter for me, because my Switch 1 was 80% a handheld system for me throughout its lifetime. PS5, then PS6 will continue to be my proper console, bc Nintendo will always stay gimped in that regard. With that said, I'm excited for the Switch 2's extra power solely as a handheld. I don't find the system price unreasonable, but I do find the game prices crazy.

To be fair, you could already do this for years via mods, but I'm sure they'll modify the game to make it even more tailored to this mode in the future. It's a long talk, so I'm bookmarking to give it a listen later.
I have one of their adapters to use my PS5 controllers on my Switch, and I absolutely love it. I'm sure there are other brands that can do the same thing, but I had heard about 8Bitdo and wasn't disappointed. I also really dig the brick design of it.
