Kayle might mean after the game is no longer a timed - exclusive. Though I think "The Witness" is only a timed - exclusive due to it being developed on the PS4 first, not due to any kind of legal agreement.
I would say this game is my #1 anticipated title on the PS4 with the indie game "Rime" coming in at a close second. I will say that adventure is my favorite genre so it's understandable why those two are so high on my list. "The Witness"...
I threw out the $150 price point because according to an E-Bay sales stat analysis I read a while back, that's how much of a price cut would be needed in order for purchasers to perceive the PS4 & XBO at equal values.
Saving $200 on any consumer electronic is an amazing deal, way to go on your savings.
You might try diving into your settings menu and fiddling with Kinect there. I know there are room settings that can make the device more responsive t...
Dodged? No. They're trying to recover. We'll see in future how successful their attempt will be.
The X-Box One needs a serious price cut of about $150 to make it a more appealing option over their competitor. Also, MS needs exclusives. Similar to nategrigs, I think MS will just continue their trend of buying timed - exclusive games & DLC rather than investing much in true first - party products. I think this is for two reasons:
1) MS has no ...
I would love a Vita TV. Actually, I would love multiple Vita TV's. I can see someone having their PS4 hooked up as their main console in the living room, owning a Vita for portable play, and having a Vita TV in almost every other room of their house as it's a much cheaper multimedia player in comparison to a PS4.
I don't know about 64 players, but "Jet Moto" was definitely my favorite racing series back in the PS1 era and I'd love to see it come to PS4. I asked Shuhei Yoshida about a possible new installment via Twitter late last year but no reply.
Hopefully we'll get one, though.
Yeah, Belking's right. According to Metacritic "Gran Turismo 6" wins as the better with a slightly higher score of 8.1 over the 8.0 of "Forza 5."
I think PlayStation is playing it smart with their racer releases. GT6 is considered sim racer of the year, "DriveClub" may be considered arcade racer of next year, and GT7 may be overall racer of 2015. That would be 3 years in a row PlayStation could win best racing game in some capacity.
Agree. It doesn't make sense that "The Last of Us" won overall Game of the Year but lost PS3 Game of the Year to "Beyond: Two Souls."
I do like their list though, but I would've replaced their Vita Game of the Year with "Tearaway."
Oh, my. ;)
I predict this being the top story tomorrow.
To each their own. I really liked the game and am happy I bought it. It sure took me a while to wrap my head around things, especially since I don't often play first person games. I did beat the game on normal and on hard mode, though, in addition to collecting every package.
It's one of those games where, when everything's running right it's marvelous, I just wish there were more of those moments. Hopefully it'll improve with "Mirror's Edge 2...
Not surprising, lying is just the way M$ does business. They probably want an excuse as to why PS4 is outselling them.
So M$ is okay if they get an indie game 'first' or 'at the same time' as their competition, but they better not DARE to publish on the competition first!
That's what this stingy policy comes off to me as. Congrats to Vlambeer on finding a way through the bureaucracy.
I was completely pulled in by EverQuest. I played that game for 4 years and absolutely nothing else; to this day I'm still trying to catch up with all the other games I missed as a result.

- "Eternal Sonata" is not an MMORPG, it does look like an interesting fantasy RPG, though.
I'm thankful for family, friends, great games, and the time necessary to appreciate all three. :)
So this is the higher quality promised with Kinect 2.0, enlightening.
Sad, by now the PS4 being significantly more powerful than the XBO is fact, not conjecture. Don't try to spin some marketing hogwash M$, just #DealWithIt. ;)
I don't understand this.
Is this by language or by accent?
If it's by language, than must every XBO gamer in that particular region use the console in that language? What about those in the U.S., for instance, that only speak Spanish? Or, what about gamers who are multilingual but prefer their non-native English dialect?
If it's by accent, such as the difference between the typical U.S. & U.K. accents than that still poses a...
Aww, the premise sounds interesting. Hope the XBO gamers have fun with this, I would've liked to see this come to PlayStation Move.
This is a duplicate story and needs to be taken down as it provides no new data apart from what was posted earlier at:
Albert responds to DRM/COD "offline" issues http://n4g.com/news/1391003...
Not sure how this got through as the original story is still on the front page.
I wonder what other multiplats M$ is going to steal away from Sony gamers by throwing money at the publishers, and than calling it exclusive.
I also wonder how many of their announced 'exclusives' will just be timed.
M$ is using all their dirty tricks from last gen, it's good we know how they operate by now, what an underhanded company.
