lol no.
They both look terrible. Looks incredibly dated.
So why come in here and comment?
No JRPG's? Lost Odyssey, Tales of Vesperia? Tales of Graces F and Ni no Kuni coming. White Knight Chronicles is criminally underrated. Eternal Sonata is great. I could go on
Microsoft have done well. All they need to do is focus next generation. They've done the hardest work of building up a fanbase etc. All they need to now is just invest in new IP's, build up some unique franchises so that they really stand out as a company. Sony and Nintendo have both had to do the same.
Killstreaks are the most unbalanced thing I've seen in a game. On Modern Warfare 2 I had Harrier then Pavelow. How is it fair that I get 5 kills (not hard), then get a bunch of free kills from Harriers which then stack more kills for me to get a Pavelow. Essentially I don't even need to run around killing after the initial 5 kills because the Killstreak does it for me. No skill involved at all save for the small amount you need for the initial 5 kills. I wouldn't call it an innova...
Both.
I play Battlefield 3. Not sales.
New Vehicles
New Multiplayer Mode
10 New Weapons
4 New Maps
New rewards/Dog Tags
Enhanced Destruction
That is how you do DLC/Expansion packs. Happy I bought the LE. I hope this level of new content continues.
I don't think it matters. The whole battle between the two has gotten boring. I prefer Battlefield 3, so I'm gonna play it and enjoy it. I got no reason to talk or compare it to Modern Warfare 3. As for Modern Warfare 3. If you prefer it, play it, enjoy it, no one cares if Team Deathmatch works better than it does in Battlefield 3, or there are more kiddies to play with at 5am in the morning. Buy your game, enjoy it, and stop with the politics.
Castlevania Lords of Shadow was an extremely well made game. The length and variety in the game is unmatched by a lot of action/hack and slash titles. Sure it borrowed from a lot of games, and wasn't traditional Castlevania, but a good game and a good game, and these niche fans of certain franchises need to learn that change is going to happen as it's what drives the industry forward in some cases.
Not saying I was too happy with the direction DmC is going, but at the...
Hey America, stop making me kill Russian/Middle Eastern Terrorists
It's over saturated. Way too many of them coming out all trying to do the exact same thing. That's why Battlefield 3 is so good for me. The vehicles and intense warfare type gameplay is what sets the multiplayer out from the competition as opposed to being a K/D grinding fest.
Yeah that Assassin's Creed engine's looking a bit dated now, can't lie.
This.
Games like crack. So addictive lol Much better than I thought it would be. DICE have got themselves a new fan. Can't wait for Back to Karkand and future expansion packs.
I played Golden Abyss at Eurogamer this year. The screenshots DEFINITELY don't give this games visuals justice. Hot off the heels of Uncharted 3, I'm eager to take control of Nate on another one of his adventures man.
Good job I bought the limited edition. Those maps look so good. I never played BF2 but I heard that Strike at Karkand was the epitome of perfect map design. So, looking forward to it. Did anyone notice at 0:37, 7 Conquest Flags? That new game mode, Conquest Assault, could be the explanation. Can't wait. I hope DICE ramp up the expansions. It's expansion packs like this that I don't actually mind paying for.
Dat GoTY
Nope. It's one of my favorite games this generation. The pacing towards the end was questionable, and the game didn't impress me as much as Uncharted 2 did on a technical level, but the games a better package, the character development was the best of the franchise and I personally loved the setting. Makes me wonder where ND could go next. Not the best in the series, but my favorite? Yes. Definitely not a disappointment.
