Versus XIII looks like it's going to be the precursor of this, if it does happen. Thing is if it can stay tactical (Hate all you want but FFXIII's battle system was stupidly good, incredibly tactical and deeper than a lot of the haters make it out to be. Simply 'mashing X/Auto Battle' did fuck all against the games harder enemies aka Long Gui, Attacus etc etc). As long as XV has a deep, tactical combat system, I'm down for anything. Just make it good.
I dunno why people disagreed with you. I'm a big fan of SONY. Hell I'm playing Disgaea 4 on my PS3 as we speak in all its HD Sprite glory on my Bravia TV but, c'mon people.

I'm almost certain it'll be about Metal Gear Rising. This is being overhyped. However, I'd love to be proved wrong because Metal Gear Solid 4 remains one of the greatest games I've ever played.

Wish I was playing Skyrim. Tried to today. Jesus christ what a game. But I'm content for now. Got Dark Souls and Sonic Generations for single player merkages. And Uncharted 3, Super Street Fighter IV: AE and Battlefield 3 for multiplayer.

VGChartz estimates is the reason they're not believable as sold to consumers. They're either shipped or fake. There is no way for company's to track every single sold through to consumer unit. Any number a company gives on hardware or software sold is SHIPPED.

Lol no, I can assure you, FIFA has more improvements on a yearly basis than COD. Hell more improvements than some 2 year dev cycle games. A lot of the tech innovations in todays gaming are being lead by sports games in fact. Because you obviously need to get realism on POINT in those games, so collision physics and animation engines are being pushed far yearly. Hell, the fact DICE used FIFA's animation engine for Battlefield 3 backs up my point.
Did NOT expect that at all. Part of me wants to wait for the Vita version though. Game looks so fun, I'd imagine I'd like to play it on the go as well.
European branches of game publishers have gotten A LOT better this gen. I'm pleased personally, living in the UK. Nintendo Europe and Square Enix Europe seem to be much better than their US counterparts.

Well I have Battlefield 3 and Uncharted 3 multiplayer to play. As for single player games I'm still playing through Dark Souls, Sonic Generations, Batman Arkham City (nearly finished) and I have Disgaea 4 to start. Those will all keep me busy until Super Mario 3D Land and Zelda Skyward Sword. Modern Warfare 3 doesn't even fit into the equation. Not until I can get it for like £10 off of Ebay like I did Modern Warfare 2
Simmer down TheBlackMask, no need to insult people because they're open minded. We need more open-minded gamers out there. Some really narrow minded gamers on N4G its unreal. I'm really looking forward to the game personally. I'm not ready to give up on a franchise I've loved since I was a child, and what got me into RPG's just yet. Final Fantasy XIII-2, Type-0 and Versus XIII are what I'm hoping will bring Square Enix back onto form.
How is it being over shadowed? So what, you're telling me GoTY should be based on hype and not how good a game is. End of the day Zelda will most likely be the highest rated game of this year. On par or higher than Arkham City. Zelda is bigger than Uncharted, bigger than Gears.

I can't vote for my GoTY Nominee on here until I play Skyward Sword. It's gonna be between that and Uncharted 3. Most anticipated? Out of those, it's easily The Last Guardian.
I welled up a bit, can't lie. When you grow up on something like Zelda, and have all those memories attached to the games, like the first time you touched Hyrule Field on OoT or the catchy melody that plays on Dragon Roost Island in Wind Waker, it's a great feeling to hear all of those memories come back in such an epic way. Haters gonna hate. Dat passion is right.
