UP, I agree. Cold you can't spin it, DS is king of RPG's this gen. And what on earth makes you think 360 is king of RPG's when PS3 and 360 practically have the same amount.

Lord almighty. You know guys I'm not even blame 360 hardware/disc space for this. The difference is so bad, I;'m just gonna go and say it. Square Enix rushed this port. It's simple as that. The amount of jaggies is sickening. It seems to me like they can't work on 360 hardware. Look at the mess that The Last Remnant was. Should have given the 360 port to Tri-Ace if you ask me. It looks like a freakin' PS2 game.
Looks like Capcom is trying to damage control Takeuchi's comment because it doesn't favor Microsoft. There's no way to spin it though. In all due respect of your opinion, I'd believe an analyst from Digital Foundry before I do the account of a writer for a Final Fantasy fansite. The guy clearly made indepth analysis and pointed out the game runs at 576p. Even if to the naked eye, the difference aint that bad, that's the reason in depth analysis is done and why Digital Foundry are so respected. They get to the nitty gritty and reveal the truth.
Ironic that he says HD consoles, but only one console on the market has a Final Fantasy game that runs in HD

Well personally I can see which console has the most EXCLUSIVE games. PC doesn't count....
So what was gamepot smoking when they said 360 version looks crisper in gameplay? Whats the point in having slightly crisper image when textures, geometrics, CG and sound quality and fine details take a compression hit?
This may be going far out but I have a feeling it's to keep the "true" or at least canonical parts of the franchise on PS. I know there were remakes etc for Xbox and gamecube but you get my point. The way Kojima keeps stressing his envolvement in the game, the fact that the team is huge, how it's essentially MGS5....
Can't wait though. The game will be amazing :D
