The beta was alright. I never really got into destiny but I preordered anyways. It's one of the few games that all my buddies play and that makes it worth it to me despite my indifference towards the actual game.
The DLc was just multiplayer maps and weapons. The arcade mode came in a free update which was also awesome. This made me boot up doom for the first time in a long time. They are obviously tying to save doom multiplayer at this point. I don't think the people who paid would have an issue if there was an influx of users and games. I never got into the mp but I liked the campaign a lot. I booted the game up and checked the DLC. Well done I say.
Irrelevant compared to what? Call,of duty? Grand theft auto? What a snob. The Japanese imports that came earlier this year thanks solely to Sony publishing did outstanding. A traditionally niche title shipping a million copies to the west is great news. Irrelevant? What a dick.

The pacing and storytelling are what made it boring to me. The story and characters are fairly well done and relatable. The slow drag of a dramatic TV shown isn't why I play games. Pressing forward to watch the story isn't fun or immersive to me.
