I never played witcher 1 but I liked 2 a lot. 3 is one of my favorite games of all time. Top 5 easily. I don't want to ruin it by playing witcher 1. Give me the expansion instead.

They had a bunch of the classic megaman designers and musicians trying to revive megaman after capcom retired him. I was sold. When I saw the first gameplay I knew my expectations would not be met. Then the community manager bull and the 80 delays. It was just a sour experience all together. I learned my lesson lol

It started yes. Then it bogged out again. The 18 19 chapters were amazing. I wish the entire game was like that, that's all.
Sorry, climbing simulator lol. You don't even have to jump 80% of the time. Just aim drakes hand at the ledge. I like the mechanics you just never got any real challenge while using them. You're just "walking around".

That's cool. I like the characters also. All I'm saying is there's no fighting on moving trains or anything like that. It's driving in the mud and wenching posts. The slow paced bits were really noticeable for me. The stealth in uncharted 2 was one chapter and I thought the back and forth was way more charming and light hearted.

Yes those fights should have been a quick cutscene. Being able to wobble around while you get your ass kicked didn't add any level of immersion in my view. I thought it was dumb design.

I was referring to both times you fight the chick and are forced to lose. Some of the fights are so scripted it's annoying. Running around jumping on fools with a superman punch is fine.
I didn't play stealthily at all, I'm Nathan drake not a ninja. However, because of that I found out the AI was a lot better. If you sit in one spot you will get flanked quick. There is nade cheesing on a COD level but if you keep moving its not a huge problem. There was way too much tlou influence, I see now why they started the game from scratch. To add useless fist fights and stealth level design.
