Eh, I hear differently. I hear modders fix games most of the time. Rockstar doesnt need an excuse to focus on consoles. They don't need to double dip. They sold millions of copies on the first day. They could have left it at that and moved on if they wanted to. That crushes most games on any platform.
A PC version was worked on along side a PS4/xbone version. No matter what happened on PC they had insurance. PC held its own with GTA5 though. I think they will look at PC...
Maybe they didn't think it was worth the time or effort. I'm sure that GTA5 has changed their mind about PC. It's still in the top selling games list how many years later? They made a billion dollars on last gen consoles and then focused on a PC/Next gen version. Maybe you will get RDR3 or maybe you won't but either way you won't know for a year or so. No use stressing about it or making petitions.
Nothing against PC gamers. I find all petitions amusing. The bitter desperation in a worthless attempt to change their stars.

If anybody is at fault then it's psn. My point is that it's not false advertising. False advertising isn't literal, its law. There are requirements to meet these standards.
If Best Buy sends an ad that says "available Tuesday" then you go on Tuesday and they never got a shipment it's not false advertising. Shit happens.
