I'd like to know how much of this is actually in the game and how much of it was specially made for this demo build they're showing off.
I ask because, while I know it's a game, I'd like to believe that the planets shown here won't be like this in game. We already know they use special builds that give planets more life to make them "pop" more when showing it off so I hope that these are just prettied up.

So the hell what? It's not like adding resolution and framerate is some commodity that costs money. It's a graphics option that's just upped and it's ready to go. If I can make the PC version go from 720p to 1080p with a couple clicks so can they.
$40 is too much for something that only includes two games made years ago. I don't care who disagrees.
Better be less than that. You can get each game for like under $10 now. Unless they're actual remakes then porting some years old games over to a new console and just upping the resolution some is not worth $40.
150 employees is a shit ton. Hello Games is like 12 people and look at what they've created! I just think it's disappointing is all. Not saying that what's there isn't good or anything, but 8 hours? I expect that from a CoD campaign, not a MP only game...

HDMI 1.4 can actually do 4K as well but only at 30Hz/30FPS.
4x the resolution doesn't automatically mean you need 4x the GPU power. My single 290X can not only do 4K but it can do so with better graphics (draw distance, texture resolution, etc) but it even has better frame rate than the PS4 counterpart.
So yeah, a 4K console doesn't need to be as powerful as people like you think it needs to be.

It does have some issues though, at least some MOST would agree with like the two gun limit, no guns on the map to pick up, OP demon power up, etc.

Oh I have no disagreements with the new UT being better than the new Doom but they, in a lot of ways, feel similar. Doom certainly doesn't do much to separate itself.
Wrong. Doom 1 & 2 are classics. This new Doom isn't even goddamn released yet. And as much as people like you want to believe otherwise the two of them are pretty similar in light of this new Doom.
Exactly. It's incredibly close to release so unless they delay it what we see is 99% of what we'll get.
