I actually kind of agree with both of your points to an extent Grib/Sec. But have a few gripes of my own to add about this leak ~
1) It seems more like an ill informed review than a "oh look at how this BETA is at in this stage of time" thus it comes off as a biased overview or something
2) LOTS of misinformation that should be quite clear to most people let alone gamers for example ~ "The Leaker" (as he should be referenced to from this p...
Not from my experience with PS Now on BOTH PS3/PS4. And this is coming from someone who had lots of problems with the Killzone 2 controller input lag issues (as well as the same issue just less of it with KZ3).
Got the code for my PS4 today. I'm going to try it out in a few minutes and compare it to my PS3 version...can't wait for the PS Vita Beta to hit next!
@ Brazz ~ I believe if you are using any type of broadband (DSL, Cable etc.) that you can use the email from the service provider, or even a school email I believe.
Exactly.
The difference why the Move is still viable and other similar devices aren't is that it's a tactile input device that actually enhances the experience with accuracy and something tangible. No different to how the Wii & WiiU experience is more enjoyable when the game does it correctly.
Imagine how the Project Morpheus experience would be like in a fast paced FPS game with a PS Move Sharpshooter PLUS an audible designation capability...now ...
The main factor that affected the cost of the games back then was the actual physical makeup of the media. It was all hardware within that cartridge, and the added cost of manufacturing that came with it just to hold those 1's & 0's compared to now.
MLB 2014 The Show (just released)
The Order: 1886 (2014)
DriveClub (2014)
Uncharted 4 (in development 3 years already my guess Christmas this year)
To name a few on top of the ones already available.

Sure. Easy. In fact here's more than one ~
Microsoft lied about 360 sales at CES ~

Microsoft issued materially false and misleading statements regarding the Company’s financial performance ~

FFS already give it up with that false information about how Sony DOESN'T use Sell Through when they ABSOLUTELY DO. It's been PROVEN for YEARS already that Nintendo & Sony do so. Here, don't believe me? Then read any one of the below links that I've posted before with actual documentation & fact ~

"What message would that send out to the industry?"
Easy ~ A good game deserves sales.
You want to talk about making up minds? Hows about this ~ Why is it when MS and diehard XB supporters talk about the Cloud it's always "great, great, great" and "we believe all of it" (to quote you).
But when the Cloud is used in real world application to show how manufacturers compute/tabulate/track consoles sold live (and yes that includes both Sell In/Through) it's unfeasible to them that it's possible to do so?
Answer: It...
@ nicksetzer1 ~ The only ones that are truly & continually misquoting (or in this essence misinforming) are MS themselves with their selective & specific buzzwordplay that they try to use in the media in an attempt to dupe people.
But people aren't falling for it. Not anymore. The only ones still going for it are the ones that are blind to real world facts. SHOW US. Don't just say it ~ PROVE IT.
And they can't, because the cake is a lie.
@ Zod ~ Sony really need to implement/integrate the Green -> Yellow -> Orange -> Red somehow...at least when checking the state of charge/discharge.
@ Maniac ~ You said
"Sony had stated since they were first asked about it from Feb 20 2013..
Sony never made it clear that their would be no DRM for the PS4. They danced around the subject each and everytime. It wasn't until E3 that Sony gave a definite NO answer."
COMPLETELY WRONG.
On February 19, 2013 the PS4 was officially announced ~ 4337d ago 14 agree1 disagreeView comment
To make it a little easier just search both financial documents with the specific term "Beginning with"

Exactly. I've been doing it for years ( http://n4g.com/news/1494088... ...
Unbelievable
It's cheaper - FACT
It's stronger hardware - FACT
Superior multiplats - FACT
Game focused console - FACT
Strong messaging - FACT
PlayStation is a stronger global brand - FACT
No setbacks comparable to last gen - FACT
They didn't try and screw over the gamer with anti-consumer policies and bad, industry-affecting decisions - FACT
They're not reeling from said bad decisions - FACT
I can't believe people still claim Sony use Shipped not Sold. I'm not going to re-post what I have already said about this so just read this to be properly informed ~ http://n4g.com/news/1494088...
@ Guyman a quick look at his previous comments I would say confirms all of the above -> PC/Microsoft/Xbox "fan".
