Epic also had a lot of design input when it came to the Xbox 360. They told Microsoft they needed more ram than it was originally going to have and they got their wish.

Clock speed means nothing. I'v had computers with slower clock speeds that out perform some with higher clock speeds. It's down to how well the hardware is optimized.
Second of all, the Wii U GPGPU is much better than that in the 360 and PS3. It supports DirectX 11 and pixel shader 5.0.
A bit of tape and gold spray paint works wonders.

Back in my day we got our monies worth! Your NES/SNES game would come with a protective sleev, a detailed booklet (non of that Online manual crap) and sometimes even a POSTER of the game you just purchased.
