You do know, that this is the same company that made Motorstorm right?... You should definitely play the first one, I think it was the first off road racing game this gen. That actually pushed for photorealism, and after playing it ivcan say the did a darn well great job in doubt so, for it being a launch title..
Dude the PS2 emulators thats present usually have a clumsy time trying to run a game at a stable frame rate. Even then with a gtx 560 it still has a problem running a PS2 emulated game, even though it can play BF3 on high settings without dipping below 56 fps...
I can just imagine downloading a 20gig chunk of internet computer stuff, and then trying to run the game through an emulator... Not worth doing dude...
Real time ray tracing, and bigger draw distances, and i believe that gun was a semi auto electromagnetic projectile accelerator (rail gun) with a secondary charge up sniper mode... Next gen material and thinking right there...

In other words, what gaming company do you know is willing to spend thousands if not millions of dollars to create/make a game that'll take full advantage of a smartphone/tablet performance capabilities, at the risk of it being pirated at a rate that is much faster than any other[pirated] gaming platform?...
OH GOD YES! I was was just playing Warhawk the other day, and couldn't believe how well it aged and stood up against the test of time. And the 4 player split screen online vs others is/was awesome to, heck I shot down a hawk with a sniper rifle<<Epic Win

The kb/m being superior is not always true, I played BF3 with one of my DualShocks using "DStools" and I did pretty good for that 1.5 hr long match of conquest.
Its all about your play style, and strategy
Went: 31kill 19death 4532points and came in 6th place
But I stoppedd playing with the controller, seeing that I built the PC to learn how to play on the PC, and on top of that I had to keep binding the keys and that was a no, no....
But GTA 4 sucked, compared to GTA:SA the only good part about GTA 4 is the "icEnhancer" mods... Heck, San Andreas had split screen multi a better variety in vehicles (land,sea, air, and even a JET-PACK), a dynamic character system, and better campaign...
Visuals yes, but story wise I can say inFamous had a overall better story than GT A4 (even taking in consideration that one has powers and the other is a Hitman/drug runner/bandit)...
