Is that a good library? 3DS is full of remakes from N64 games and sequels from DS games and thats it.
Take a look at this years VGA's handheld games category. 3 Vita games and only 1 3DS game.
Sound Shapes and Gravity Rush are easily the best handheld games of the year but no one seems to care.
Famitsu gave Nintendo Dogs and FFXIII a 40/40, does it mean they're the best games ever? ffs
Best studio doesnt mean it made the best game. Best studio is also how the devs supported the game, online/mp support and forums, trailers, events, DLC's, etc...
It's the best looking game out of all the nominees.
If Journey wins, a new era of gaming begins. Screw Halo 4, BLOPSII and Borderlands 2, glad to see some fresh ideas as contenders.
The game that just surprised everyone this gen was definitely UC2. I mean, look at that E3 demo, everyone was just WOOOOOOW for weeks. And even 3 years after its release it impresses me. Also that plane/desert sequence in UC3 still gives me goosebumps.
Yeah sure, and KZ3 and UC3 are also running on PC right? The same goes with Beyond and TLOU?
Gotta love these pc desperation.
lol this is getting ridiculous
It's R* were talking about. This is GTA we are talking about. Failure does not compute.
Multiple options to play. No dev will bother taking full potential of neither of them. Multiplats will go for the pro controller and then some will try the touch screen (gimmicks as always).
L.A. Noire was as good as the fisrt AC, good concept, great ideas, bad execution, repetitive content.
A great example is Uncharted. Damn, Uncharted 2 was a sucess because of that train and building falling sequence, it's still memorable even today.
All you need is to join gameplay and story in a perfect way that it doesn't feel like your playing a game but it doesnt feel like an interactive film either. That's why Unchared 2 was such a success, it was just perfectly paced.
I bought this game because im a fanboy of the books/show and I thought eventhough it bad, it must be enjoyable. It turned out to be awful and the first and only game I actually sold.
A game from this series will either be of the scale of Elder Scrolls or on some sort of episode/linear game like The Walking Dead.
Yeah, remember when they gave 8/10 to Uncharted 2? me neither lmao
So no Online gaming or RPG's...but no one would use this controller to play online games or RPG's lmao
The Wii didn't sell well because it was cheap. It sold because it was attractive, it captivated the casual market, it had simple, fun games for families.
There are tons of cheaper phones than the iPhone or Galaxy S, but those are the ones that most sell because they're the ones that attract customers.
The PS3 at launch wasn't attractive at all, 600 dollars, 60 dollars games, some random FPS and a hacknslash. Why change from the wonder that was PS2...
I thought after those Michael kind of ads that Sony finally learned how to do ads...but this one just reminds me of the killer baby from the PS3 launch xD
Take a look at the best games each year nominated for GOTY. Well, take a look at the best games ever. What do they all have in common? Great MP? Great graphics? Great gameplay? No, just a great SP.
For the past 6 years Nintendo fanboys have been claiming HD wasn't necessary to have great games, that Zelda and Mario were fine in SD and graphics didn't mean nothing.
Now with the Wii-U, HD seems like news lmao
The Wii-U IS a next-gen console. The only problem is that will be completely obsolet in 2 years time.
Biggest exclusive in gaming? Mario would like to have a chat with you.
That's why Sony manages to get a bunch of new IPs and devs every year and Nintendo manages to get a bunch of mario rehashes every year. Thats the difference.
