You cant compare Journey with LIMBO or Portal. You can play Journey several times and every single time it will be a different experience. LIMBO and Portal will always have the same puzzles and the same dialogues everytime you play it. That's why Journey is such a masterpiece.

There is no game out there with more believable characters than TLOU. Those animations, face expressions and voice over are top notch. Crysis just hides everything behind a mask and armor just like every FPS.

I think GTAV will obviously sell more, but everyone that bought and played Uncharted will definitely buy TLOU. It's also more mature and its violence cant be marketed like GTAV (which is comical).

Exaclty, there are no games out there that feature samurais/ninja without being in a anime-like style.
I think another great era is the 15th/16th century with the Portuguese/Spanish/Dutch exploring the world. But since they did the American Revolution it's kinda similar (but much more interesting).
All I can think of is either Egypt or Greeks/Romans. There is nothing interesting after the American Revolution (just boring wars).
And with such a different game winning GOTY, the show just showed the immature, irrational side of gamers. That best bit I'd say was thatgamecompany's speech when Journey won Best Independent Game. I can't understand why everyone in the industry hates Journey tbh

Its amazing how it was a Video Game show but every celebrity and even the GOTY is from the film industry. It's disgusting.
Uncharted (atleast 2 and 3) is more similar to Indiana Jones and even action films like Die Hard and James Bond, than to Tomb Raider. They share some similarities, they're treasure hunters and do puzzles, and thats it. But where did those action sequences the new TR has came from? That looks too 'uncharted' for a TR game.

Too bad it came out the same year as Journey. TWD game is like an improved, better version of Heavy Rain. Journey is just something absolutely brilliant.
I'm waiting for Christmas to get it. After such releases as BLOPS2 and such, you cant really expect this to sell amazingly. Besides, it's a fighting game, since when fighting games have phenomenal day 1 sells? Just stop the hate once and for all, everyone loves the game, that's what matters.
No has doubts about the Wii U selling this Christmas.
