I felt emotional when Shepard was saying goodbye to all his companions. The end could really be something unique but turned out to be a generic, cliche RGB crap. What a shame, ME3 was such a great game.

The end of FFX.

So BLOP2 sells more than any game this year, coming out at the same time as the biggest Xbox exclusive ever, sells a bit less than MW3 and somehow the franchise is dead? I'm not a CoD fan, but the series is far from over. Just wait until CoD next gen with half a dozen better textures and character models and it will sell like crazy and set new records.

I thinks its the fact that parents and friends go to a game store and see BLOPSII and MW3 with the same price tag and can...

Force Unleashed was a good game, not a masterpiece or the SW game everyone has been waiting for, but it was enough.

I wouldnt call these games disappointments. Dead Island was a disappointment. Brink and Rage were disappointments. You can even call Diablo 3 and ME3 disappointments. But Sonic Unleashed? I would be surprised if it was actually good lmao

I just think Journey should've been nominated for best Multiplayer, it was the most unique experience I ever had with anyone in a video game. The moment you actually understand you're playing with a real person is absolutely ground-breaking and the bonds you create are just something never seen before in a game.

As much as the other contenders have good points and are good games (such as Dishonered and TWD), I think Journey winning would be brilliant, not only for the...

Blastoise @

Exactly, I played something like 100h in a week, I was completely addicted. Then suddenly I felt bored. Everything felt the same, everything WAS the game. So much content, but with no depth at all. Skyrim is all about addiction and how the world immerses you once you start playing. But story wise is poor, gameplay is clunky, quests are repetitive and even the world starts to seem dull.

I dont understand why people disagree. Its not only about the graphics. Tell me one PC game that has graphics, art style, animation and technology as the plane sequence in UC3? Or the boat sequence with dynamic ocean waves? Real time fire with the burning chateau? What about those sand particles? Im not even mentioning the characters animations that humiliate any pc game out there.

PC has 'better' graphics, but that doesnt mean it makes it more beautiful. You can have...

It's not about the hardware limits. Good devs build great engines around it and try to get the maximum out of the hardware. Look at the Uncharted franchise, if you analyse each level and graphics, you'll see the amount of work they put into each detail which is covered by small tricks to make it look better than it actually does. That's not only a good engine, it's talent, it's a great team behind it.

Somehow 6-7 years into this generation, and PC games do...

Remember when Uncharted was labeled as a Tomb Raider clone? Yeah, this is exactly the same situation.

Look at the user score. It must be the first game in metacritic ever to have a better user score than a metascore. This game was trashed. It's not that bad, everyone I've seen the played it says its alright, a 7/8 game, not 3/4. That's the Vita hate going on there (Uncharted Vita was awesome and everyone gave it a 7 or 8 and Gravity Rush is one of the best handheld games of the last couple of years and it only had decent scores). But when they release a new Mario it suddenly gets ...

So you're going to buy Arkham City without having played Asylum? And you're going to play ME3 without playing ME1/2? Yeah, that makes sense.

Nintendo fans:

2006: Graphics don't matter!

2012: The Wii U has better graphics!

Even the first Uncharted looks better than any Wii U title yet.

And 6 months to port a game is not enough? The Wii-U is supposed to be dev friendly and somehow ports of games that came out a year ago look worse than on 6 year old consoles. You cant really explain that.

I prefer having the most awarded game ever than the best selling game ever. Or you think Wii Sports is better than Uncharted 2? Probably, since you see everything from a PR point of view lmao

Series like Resistance, Killzone or inFamous didnt sell extremely well but were well received by both critics and gamers. Sony has new IP's every year and new studios with new and fresh ideas. The last big new Nintendo IP was Pikmin ffs They've been trowing Mario remakes for 10 ...

The PS3 and X360 are now at 70 million and the Wii is close to 100 million. Is not that much of a difference if you think about it. And was it Move/Kinect that sold all those PS3s/X360s or were its games? Because the Wii has been lacking good titles and multiplats from like ever. And the Wii U doesnt seem to go the right way (will it be able to handle BF4 for next gen? probably not).

I give it until E3, then everyone's Wii U will be gathering dust just like their Wiis.
