Alot of S.O.E. employees who got axed were from that same building (its a big building too, as big as 2 superwalmarts.)
As they move the servers it seems more pinkslips with be passed out. Thus the hackers not only fcuking with peoples personal information but jobs too.

another big time FPS isn't coming out for months afterwords. I think resistance 3 comes out in september, and Crisis 2 doesn't look that great.

I think this beta test is also a marketing tool for more people to buy the games (especially the COD crowd).

but back then you have to actually open the system and use a imported MOD chip or a Interplay device and hot swapping a real legit copy with a burned version.
IS this the playstation feature you are talking about? Because his hack doesn't require any opening of the game console or hot swapping games. It fools the system into thinking a .PKG file is a PSN download.
