THe DLC for Singstar is horrible and it makes no sense. I understand not being able to find a video for every song, but wow.
Actually this is what frustrated Phil Harrison the most when he worked for SCE.
He hated that SCE wasn't unified for the longest time, and tried pushing alot of the Station.com games to the PS3. Look at Singstar, and how it releases content.

So the game is fine with only 7 maps but 3 being remakes? Wow just to think WipeoutHD came out with 8 tracks, online and singleplayer with trophies for $20.
Then there is Warhawk, with 5 worlds with each world being about 5 times the size of the biggest Socom map Fallen.

EndWar? I'd give that a further rental before purchasing. That demo was alright but had too much @#!##@% going at once. Hard to manage all the united when you were getting attached from more than 1 spot.

Games have to be peer reviewed BUT have to be reviewed by Microsoft when it comes on the market place. Look at the pause time before submitting, 48 hours. You also get feedback from Microsoft. I don't believe Sony made them push out the game. Seth Luisi who works for Sony and not Slant 6 was in charge however. I think honestly they thought the game was "good enough for release".
Zipper did suck at support but for good reason. During the development of Socom 3, pre-Sony aquisition days, Zipper laid off half the of its staff, supposingly due to budget restraints and "hiring too many".

The maps are alright, with urban wasteland one of my favorite maps in any game but there are only 7 maps.
Desert glory, Crossroads, and frost fire are remakes. The only 2 great maps are Urban Wasteland and Fallen. Casaba and Quarantine suck.

CGI trailer was good and it reminds of the great trailer they had for Geow1 with the "mad world" song. Gotta give credit to Microsoft for properly advertising their video games.
