If Sony deserved those sales then they would have something remotely close to those. 3DS beat world vita sales with just one region of 3ds sales. Any system that beats world wide sales with a single region sales deserves it.
Video game violence never affected me, but the correlation between violence in video games/movies/anything is painfully evident. It does not even have to be physical abuse. Verbal abuse can be picked up at young ages, certain bad attitudes, or absorbing dangerous ideology. Violence shown to children in media/gaming or whatever does have an impact, but it is not an epidemic.
Cloud gaming/F2P android games will not destroy the competition, but they WILL make an impact on the current and traditional gaming industry. "impact" ranges on all levels so we must wait to see which level it lands on, but to deny that this is a jab in the sides of Nintendo,Sony, and microsoft is just being in denial. Look at the ouya, it will just be another console, it will steal sales like any console does, but Nintendo, Sony, and Microsoft are just too big in gaming to be force...
I saw JRPG and 360, no need to read further. The genre is just not very successful on 360 seeing as how japan does not buy the xbox.

That would be Fantastic! I really hope namco bandai starts doing them again after ninja storm 3. Ultimate ninja can be a lot more fun sometimes. I have been playing Ultimate Ninja 3 and 4 more than any storm game.

I doubt Nintendo created these games with the idea that it would completely replace regular exercise. This is just a fun way for the kids to get moving even if they are in the house and possibly get them to want to move around more, meaning exercise. hmmm well it may be somewhat competitive, but i must disagree with you saying it will be as competitive as smash. With fight mechanics like short hops,fast falls, shield reflecting, edge hogging, side stepping, air dodging, chain grabs, using the A button for 12 moves and the B button for 5 moves, then melee makes it even more competitive with skills like wave dashing and L cancelling. Micrsoft says that it is a 360 because the wii u is getting a good amount of games on 360 and is going to share games with 360.
