I have to wonder if Sony isn't putting ND under very tight financial constrictions. Too many people leaving to be just a coincidence, and they all seem to be people in important positions. Not trying to start a flame war, just something is obviously concerning.
If unintelligible is what you seek, read all the excuses about the EA access program not coming to PS4. Those are my personal favorites. Not wanting a closed course, average graphics, 30fps racer pales in comparison.

Project Cars sis 1080p/60 on everything, including WiiU. And no, 30fps is inexcusable for a racing game.
Obviously Sony pushes 3rd parties on the resolution issue so they can claim that the PS4 can do 1080p whereas the X1 cannot. However its become pretty clear neither the PS4 nor the X1 can handle PC level effects and do 1080p/60. Hopefully even the Sony boys have to be waking up to the fact that the PS4 isn't the beast they think it is. This generation should have waited another year, they weren't ready. Its inexcusable that games cant even take advantage of the capabilities of a typic...

Because unlike what most people think on this site THIS IS A BUSINESS! If ND or another publisher wanted to buy the rights, yes they could determine a price and purchase the IP. Profits are how a business survives and everything Sony, MS and every 3rd party publisher does is for profit, period. Nobody sits around a board room and thinks about what they can give away. This industry is about money and if ND wanted to make a Crash game...

Its worth noting the PS4 and X1 came in #1 & 2 over other systems. That being said I thought the X1 would sell better after dumping a $100 add-on 90% of X1 users don't use. I traded my Kinect in at GS the first minute I could. Pretty disappointing numbers. Amazing PS4 keeps right on chugging.

I don't play console for resolution, I play them for fun and exclusives. My PC is my gaming rig for multiplats but consoles each have exclusives that just cant be passed up. Personally I prefer the X1, then the WiiU and finally the PS4. However only because I happen to prefer the games and features of the systems. I agree with both of you, but as a business owner (about 52 employees) its up to me to entice those people who work for me with incentives to keep them. Yes, a higher position in a good company is a strong lure, but as Rambi said they are arguably the best studio out there (they remind of the of the days you would buy a Squaresoft game just because they made it), there is also prestige in being part of that team.
