I have to wonder if the Sony boys are conspiracy theorists in all aspects of their lives. There is always some reason the PS4 cant do 1080p/60 on high end games. Parity clauses, lazy developers, MS $, Nvidia and the list goes on.

I sold my PS4 a couple months ago as I play Indie, Multiplats and FTP games on PC. KZ was mediocre and honestly I put Infamous in the same category. I AM NOT saying the PS4 isn't a good system, its fine. Just right now on the exclusives side its lacking. 2014 hasn't been kind. Sony stays with a previous generation longer, requiring resources. MS front loads every generation and lacks towards the end. For now, my PC, WiiU, X1 and PS3 are fine. I will re-purchase the PS4 next year. And ...
And Amazon, Best Buy and just about everybody else under the sun.

I wish I could help on the PS4, I traded mine in a while back so I really don't know too much about current issues/fixes on it. It really does sound like operating system glitch that nothing can be done about until they come up with a patch.
