I have owned one and sold it. I agree with him completely, the thing has nothing of interest to me. Mediocre exclusives, multiplats that look and play better on my PC and indies, no thank you.

Go into any major retailer with your opened copy and try to get a refund. Your referring to implied warranty law and it doesn't apply to music, movies or games. Digital copies yes, physical copies no, and on digital its still at the discretion of the seller.
How about offering them a refund if they want it? That way the people that enjoy the game continue to enjoy it, the people that feel lied to and ripped off get their money back.

I have met Reggie several times as my GF works for Nintendo in a higher up position. He is as much dedicated to Nintendo, its products and its user base as anyone in the organization. They worship Miyamoto like a god in that building (when he is state side) but Reggie is actually thought of very highly by the people that work there. And if you want a laugh, watch him dance at their Christmas party! He is a down to earth, decent guy in my opinion.
I see you count 3 indie games and a PC port for PS4 and 1 indie game from WiiU. FF14 is not exclusive, its been on PC for a while. Drop the indie titles and compare physical copies and its clear who has the higher average score and it isn't PS4.

Bought the PS4 and X1 and the WiiU day one. Sold the PS4 and haven't regretted it once. In fact, after DC it just made me that much happier I dumped the thing.

Battlefield launched on schedule on 5 platforms. This had a years delay and is on one. Stop using battlefield as an excuse. They lied,get used to it as there are more coming.

It's intersting to me how share play comes out and now suddenly the PS4 is way ahead of X1 in terms of features. It's not even close and originally the X1 was going to allow you to share with up to 10 people. It still allows you to share digital copies.
