Sucks to be the kid who doesn't even play COD but has his parents pay his Gold fees.
Sucks more to be his parents.
COD exclusive? LOL
So Activision just leaves the couple hundred million dollars on the table they make from COD PS3 sales.
"since 2006, 334 Xboxes have been registered on campus with the Information Technology department."
Pretty specific.
"I'd say well over 100 of those registered Xboxes have a current lease,"
Now he's guessing.
But since he loves keeping numbers he should have let us all know how many of those 360 got a RROD to explain the drop in numbers.
Just from the clips it looks to have that something extra in the visual department that I just can't put a finger on, but it says "I'm more badass than COD and I can't fit on DVD"
The force is strong with this one.
Maybe the industry would have been able to have games like Uncharted 2 come from 3rd parties, but unfortunately they can't with the 360 around. Or wait...maybe those games are still in the works...on the system that is supposed to be easier to develop for and the only reason it's taking so long is because they can't figure out how to get a game like Uncharted 2 running on a PS3 =)
Kinect games retail for 49.99 while Move games list for 39.99 so if you plan on buying games and are interested in either this is something to consider
But RE5 Gold is pretty sweet too. Sure beats playing it with a standard controller since the RE5 standard control scheme is so dated
on rails games are still better on Move because of the rumble and buttons
I bought it on PS3 and have yet to see a 360 version running, but I don't doubt there's a difference and problem. What's so funny is how the game was being marketed by Microsoft as the best on 360 before it even released. I'm not going to come out and say Microsoft obviously had some dirty deal lined up to sabotage the PS3 version, and use that as a marketing tool, but if it was it worked whatever they did. Almost gives me flashbacks to Madden that one year when Microsoft b...
I can't wait for the Wii gamers to brag that their games are more hardcore because they have control, instead of just waving a hand and a program fills in the rest (bowling anyone....LOL)
...but they are correct, I wasn't online playing it. In fact, I didn't sign on and started with the single player
You win a Happy Meal without the toy.
If Kinect really takes off you will regret loving videogames. It will prove once and for all that people are sheep not to be respected, and gamers will swallow anything put in their face with enough marketing. While this has proven to be true to a certain extent from the Microsoft camp this entire generation, this is bad news on a whole. The end is upon us. Soon Microsoft will charge for the air you breathe while in the room playing your games and the new DLC they bring upon the gaming in...
You probably did buy it. And at 150 you're going to defend your purchase regardless so I can't believe your opinion on it being a blast. Your word of mouth is going to be positive because you don't want to be the only one who stands in front of the TV having imaginary fun, but for the sake of games and the betterment of their future please tone it down so all your brainwashed buddies don't allow shallow pong like games to succeed and have a part in my American future. I'...
His name was Itagaki
still bitter over the HD-DVD fiasco.
But I'd take a Move for Christmas. For a 100 bucks a couple people in my family might be able to partner up and get it for me.
Both places had Playstation employees working there by the Move set up. Now I think it might be okay to do this, but frankly that money they are paying these people, since each place had two employees working, probably could have went towards something better.
Bad Idea. Let them focus on an entirely new entry. Having their first release a HD remake of the first game doesn't instill confidence that the series isn't lost without Bungie's magic. Also Microsoft could get any non related little studio out there to do the remake like Sony has done with its HD remakes because they aren't really important (they're done already)
