and there was actually a calibration that I did at the beginning.
Don't know what you are talking about.
You forgot MGS4, Uncharted 1, Uncharted 2, Yakuza 4, Demon's souls, Infamous :P Those 6 games collectively could be called the best of this generation. Then you also have the GOW Collection, Siren etc. For the future you needed to mention The Last Guardian, Ico-Colossus and Sly collection, Infamous 2, Agent. LoL
How is Valve dissing 360 fans? The fact that console fans have to pay for free DLC is not Valve's fault. They wanted to provide free but M$ has rules about fleecing customers. All that Valve is doing is providing people like me(own a ps3 and 360 and gaming rig) the chance to get it on the PC for cheap and then enjoy the free DLC. Also I think Valve are providing the statement that they don't really care about that crappy DLC money coz they r making enough anyway. Instead of railing ag...
just placed order to get it for 6.79 awesome!
Ya? and what about Heavy Rain and MAG and Yakuza 3? All released in 2010. And just a little game like GT5 soon to be coming out. And no, the PS3 has plenty of awesome hard core AAA titles with firm release dates coming up next year: TLG, KZ3, LBP2, SOCOM4, INFAMOUS2 just a few to name among many...
GIVE US A HELGHAST CAMPAIGN. THIS TIME NOW! WE WILL FIGHT
I noted the same points above. But you have to start noticing that the obvious advantages that Move seem to have is clearly being downplayed by most of the major corporate gaming/review sites (IGN, Gamespot, CVG, EDge, Cnet etc)
They actually note the flaws of Kinect and advantages of move but when it comes to actually assigning a score or the final recommendation, they go with "But I am sure it has lot of potential, the tech actually works, most innovative blah bla blah" <...
doesn't even show your avatar on screen. what you see on the screen is an AI controlled avatar dancing in a perfect way and you are supposed to imitate the movements, based upon visual cues. At the end you get a score, showing how well you did. Wow. ROFL. If this is true, this game doesn't even need to track you at all. LoL
Also this part from the ping-pong impressions struck out:
"While the basics worked as expected, attempting to alter the ball's lateral dir...
Well said bro. *bubbles.
In fact this seems to be the trend in the mainstream gaming media. Sites like CNet, VentureBeat and I am no doubt, Edge, IGN CVG are all adopting this approach. Move is ticked down because of 'not enough appealing software at launch' and on the other hand Kinect despite having 'lag', 'inability to detect complex finger movement', absence of a single hard core game, a bevy of fitness oriented titles is being given the approval.
is what we want. Please keep the game-play the same but add new adventures, bosses, enemies etc.
And ya, I love your story telling so keep it exactly the same.
Ya, the 3rd world is possibly the creepiest. It scared me a lot. Make sure you wear the thief's ring and use stealth as much as possible. If you stay hidden chances are you can evade most enemies. This game actually makes use of stealth a LOT.
So far according to me. Keep up the good work Atlus and From, ya and wish there was Dlc
the ps3 has something missing and different. Like maybe in your brain maybe, you should check it up, seriously. Tell us how it went, oh wait, no bubbles!
I raise a simple question. How is it going to be possible to move a character around in Kinect without the use of any buttons whatsoever? The only way that comes to mind is a sort of hybrid game where you use the controller to move the character and maybe use hand gestures or head movement etc to throw grenades, look etc. However if the end result is just to buy a $150 peripheral for performing hand motion to throw a grenade, then I don't think its worth it. If you are talking about hard ...
For getting the most retarded comment of the year. You actually had to think to come up with that. Maybe you haven't heard of a little thing called move navigation controller. I won't waste anymore words on you. I am referring to labwarrior
Lol.good one, btw I saw u in Vgchartz too. n4g rocks though!
kZ3, MAG, Heavry Rain, SOCOM are actually worse coz they support both DS3 and the Move? So it would have been better if it only worked with the move? How retarded is that..
Also what do you mean by this phrase 'Games having original Move experiences' what sort of games are those? A few come to mind: Tumble, Echochrome, Eyepet etc.
Bottom line 'games made for the move from ground up' will always be there, however they will not necessarily make you want to play t...
In the beginning the author mentions that he is not judging the failure or success from a sales perspective.
Wrong. Move is going to make a huge difference to Shooters. Consider this fact: I am a left handed person but I had to adjust to using right thumb stick to shoot using the dualshock. With move at last I can use my aiming hand to do what it was always supposed to do.
Move, when implemented correctly is almost as effective as mouse and keyboard for FPS, if not better.
Sure there are some issues in the early games (regarding free aiming) but those are just the developers figuring...
and since they included Kinect - Fighter's Uncaged, then of course Move - Fight Lights out and Time Crisis: Razing storm
pS3 has too much exclusives.
