Agree with you and the others. These comparison arguments are really getting old. Gamers are buying millions of 3rd party games on the PS3 and logging countless hours on them. All these miniscule differences are not relevant. What matters is I have a larger collection of games to play on my PS3
but can't help the niggling feeling that the only reason IGN didn't give this a 9(AAA) is because its not a well established prublisher/studio behind it. (Shinji Mikami is a legend but Plat games is still a new kid on the block). Just my opinion though.
Eurogamer's reviews way more then IGN now. So ya this is a big plus for me.

of the first couple of years, the multi-platform games in PS3 are not really inferior to the ones in 360. Most of the so called differences boil down to a handful of frame rate dips, loading times bordering on a few seconds and so on. These issues never make a difference to the player experience and serve only as fanboy flame wars and as hits to sites like Digital Foundry IGN head2head etc.
If you think about it there is a growing number of games which have so called 'superior'...

Coz you are paying $50 extra to get the 4gb console. Yes you get 12 month of free LIVE, but what will you do with it without a hard drive? (Can't download demos, movies, XBL games) LoL at the guys who are talking about using USB drives. You will end up spending close to $300 and have a hard drive less console that can't play online co-op of Reach among other things.

I think Japan delivered one true gem with Demon's Souls, even though its very different from a standard HacknSlash, it does have a charm similar to those games.
there is a critical bug or something. They kind of figured there wasn't enough time to fix it and to complete testing. They decided to be safer then sorry. I am kind of worried with this news. But as long as they fix up all critical issues and release it, that's still okay. Feb/Jan 2011 would suck though. Wish they don't announce release date and if they do, then stick to it next time.
That you didn't like a single PS3 exclusive. I mean I have almost given up playing on the XBox 360, but still liked Gears and Mass effect. Also liked playing Halo CE.
