Honestly you sound like you are talking about the awful experience you are having with a PS5 you don't have.
I can't talk about SX experience but going from PS4 to PS5 was surprisingly smooth for me.
You can even just log in with your phone app without typing anything. Actually you can almost do it with your eyes closed because the console will switch into talking mode.

I agree it was an interesting video. Even part of the video is taken out of context on twitter to brag about the tools or other things pushing console warriors narratives. It's nice to see the dev being genuine about Series S and how development turned out to be comparing PS and Xbox. Everyone will put words in his mouth for their own narrative though.

Just trying to reason but with no real tech knowledge I believe the series S has lower class chips so to speak. That would fail for XSX and PS5. Shouldn't they have more chips available for series S?

I agree. XSX should have the same resolution as PS5 for better performance. It s not the first time. Like there is an issue with dynamic res on xbox. It is clear they should be similar.
Something I don't understand. People keep saying they can't get either PS or Xbox , it's always sold out but PS5 consistently sells x2 what xbox does. I would think by now Ms got their production fully operational on part with Sony. They started production later than Sony isn't relevant anymore.
The important question is..how does it perform in photo mode?

SX performs slightly better with RT but PS5 performs better without RT. Very similar anyway.
