I dont know why people are so dense. They said many times its scalable. They can just reduce the level of details for other platforms.

The PS5 demo can run higher than 30fps it was just locked. They played a video on a laptop here
This demo caused a lot of salt, that's for sure.
Some people start to realise the SSD isnt just for a few seconds faster loading screens.
The problem is people cant make a difference between a demo per se on a particular platform and the UE5 which will be on every platform.. 🤦♂️
I understand the SSD was streaming 8k cinematic assets. Nothing to do with resolution but a good demo for SSD potential.

Gameplay tech demo in real time on ps5 that wowed everyone and finally, finally showed off next gen isnt exactly nothing. Especially a few days after the disapointing 'gameplay' event we know of.
That its multiplatforms doesnt change anything. Master fox is right. You cant deny PS5 has all the marketing these last couple days apart from some xbox exec trying to get some crumbs. Not that I really care but facts are facts.

I think it's not about being first party. There is a misunderstanding from a lot of gamers. Its about being new gen only and leaving the HDD behind.

I'm not sure if Spencer knows what he wants, or more like it's all PR. A year ago he said he wont compromise for price but recently he explained X doesnt have optical port to help keep the price low.
Both Sony and Ms are obviously trying to compete on price and I think they should be close. Xbox has more expensive GPU and presumably larger box but PS5 more expensive SSD and custom hardware and controller.

Actually I think Sony will show the console first. Cerny talked about teardown and Jim Ryan talked about showing the design. I think very soon.
