Bit silly to exclude X360 games since they are playable on Xbox One. If this is about value for Xbox One and PS4 gamers then it is remiss to not consider BC games as they do add value to X1 gamers.

I disagree. Review scale is 1 - 10 not 4 - 10. 1-2 out of 10 is a broken unplayable mess. 3-4 out of 10 is poor. 5-6 out of 10 is okay. 7-8 is good - great. 9-10 is excellent - near perfect.
