So if Home is boring, then Xbox live must = death.
The software is what sells a console...I'm suprised Sony sold a little over 3 million consoles with its lackluster line up. Now when the software titles start flowing, we will see more and more people spend a premium on a premium product.
Whats with you and your essays...No one reads that garbage.
theMART you surprised me with your decent comment, there wasn't a single ounce of fanboyism/sarcasm.
Target am cry. Hopefully this won't be dragged out too long.
Yes because GT is so desperately trying to match Forza2's excellence /sarcasm. Don't forget GT is the benchmark, not the other way around.
BUt...teh GT is teh fake. This game is going to pimp slap any racer in the face. Then it's going take your mom out to a seafood dinner and never call her again.
E3 is about gaming in general...it's not about 1upping your opponent, it's about showing the world where gaming is going..where it is now. Not a console battle.
E3 is going to be awesome for gaming fans...period. Whether you like the box or the station. Halo3 and Killzone are definitely going to steal the show, that is unless Sony shows 8 days, 2 days 2 vegas, or Wardevil. Either of those titles will dethrone the titans.
This site is called NEWS 4 gamers, isn't it? All I see is an article quoting a forum post from someone who obviously has not played the beta. I am currently playing the beta and with only a few maps...I can say this game is the shizzle and a bucket of bon bons. PSN ID:novaIS350 if you wanna check me.
So what part of this is supposed to be news?
He's right, it isn't all that. Every one is at fault here. You guys hyped it up to be the best thing since sliced bread, thats why it's a disappointment graphically. Bottom line is Halo sets the benchmark for FPS multiplayer. This game may not look the best (still looks pretty damn good), but it will play the best until someone knocks it off the throne.
More memory? A sphincter says what? Ken Kutaragi fired? You must be an industry insider..oh you're not. Well here, let me shine a little light into your fanboy cave. Kutaragi is now head of Cellius Games. Notice the root word, Cell. As for the ram comment, I'm not going to even comment on that, cause you obviously have no clue as to what you are talking about.
You can transfer all of you saved games and files via memory card port or reader via USB. Also you can attach an external hard drive via USB as well. Sony designed the PS3 quite well, keeping in mind that transferring data would be essential
Wow N4G..this is considered gaming news?
You mean xbox games won't get bigger. As for the PS3, games are already showing an increase in size...and this is a fact, not something I made up. As reported by the Naughty Dog Developers the demo level of Uncharted is already too big for a dvd. Factor 5 has already admitted to using more than 16gb's, Resistance- a launch title used the same, so what then is the basis of your comment? I already know the responses I'm going to get, but..but teh compression. but..but..teh graphics is not teh ...
I don't think its changing disks that bothering people. It's the fact that so many are against having a higher capacity medium, and are willing to settle for DVD9 when so much more can be done w/ blu-ray and hd-dvd. The fact that they would settle for only 4 voice actors, when you could have 20+, the fact that you could settle for reused assets when you could have numerous in game assets. Does this make any sense? All of these comments sound the same, it just sounds like you are ok with a gam...
Sure there are plenty of methods of making data fit into a DVD9..but not all data is the same. What exactly is the advantage of H.264 codec of mpeg4 @1080p?? Do you know the difference between uncompressed 7.1 surround sound audio versus a compressed format? There is a difference. Sure you could compress the hell out of all your movies/sound and repackage it. But why would you do this if there was a medium that allowed you to store all of this data without compression? I don't understand why ...
Not gonna lie dude...your rant was pretty random, funny but very random. Lol. Hurry up and win Blu-ray so we the consumer can start getting cheaper players.
I just bought a second PS3 for the living room (best blu-ray/dvd player). Now I have 2 PS3's and 2 PC's running F@H when I'm not using them. I my power bill still looks the same.
