The 360 Might be maxed out but it's main competitor the PS3 is still showing signs that it is improving. Just because 1 system is starting to show signs of not keeping up, doesn't mean a whole new console Gen Needs to start. If any of the Big threw launch a new console especially in this world economy it isn't going to do well. There hasn't been enough...
