It's kind of funny how they are claiming to attack PSN cause of removed features but they themselves are preventing people from using a feature.

Well you ain't the only one so I don't think it is just a "single case". Could be Annon but I also just got a notice for 1.09 GT5 update so Ill have to see how that works.
My only problem is that Auto sign-in doesn't work for me. When I choose my account on my ps3 I have to manually go and click login. That and I am also getting booted off the server of GT5 every now and then.

Thats common sense but Annon are just out for the lulz/attention. They are the people who sit in their parents basement and think all high and mighty of themselves for going outside during the summer for a smoke.

Only problem with trying to stop "Annon" is if you find and catch one, 10 more will take his/her/its place.

JRobes believe what you want but I know the truth and am not blinded by fanboy goggles. M$ knew there was the hardware problems but launched the 360 anyways. There are reports out there by M$ employees who stated the problems and everything yet M$ went ahead. Why do you think they had a 3 year extension to their hardware failures?

I have been saying this for over a year now. M$ said they sold 45million 360s a year ago, right after Sony announced 40 million ps3s sold. Figure 1/3(Minimum 360s failed) that is still only 30 million actually working.
And someone is only on their 6th, damn they must not play much. My buddy got a 360 and has been threw 9 replacements. 6 of the original models and 3 slims have failed on him. The people at Best Buy know him by name.

So this guy admits he is just a pirate and doesn't actually care about the home-brew scene. He is just another thief who doesn't like to pay. If he is about the "home-brew" like he says where are those apps? The only "home-brew" apps are emulators and backup-loaders, both of which are used for pirating/stealing games.
Only trouble I had was yesterday for about 2 hours but then all of sudden I was on PSN and haven't had any lag or connection troubles. I still think this is just a few of the Anons trying to get attention.
Never had a problem with custom tracks not being fair, unless they are made that way to give the creator/experienced players the advantage.
It's really sad that hackers on the internet are trying to say Homebrew is the cause for this when there aren't any homebrew apps other then emulators and backup loaders(Both of which are illegal). The Cry for HomeBrew is nothing but a Front for illegal activity.
As I stated in another article. All that "legion" are doing is bring more attention to themselves. With Sony already trying to get IP address from youtube/twitter for the Geohotz case whats to stop them from going after youtube again for the video that was posted since they have admited to causing this trouble it is only going to help sonys case getting ips.
Gears of War II yea not all that its made out to be. Geow2 is still lacking in detail compared to Uncharted 1 don't even need to bring out U2:AT.
L4D2 yea a over priced DLC from L4D. It's a decent game but nothing that is going to make or break the system.
Mario Kart Wii is fun but still not as supported as MNR. Yes MNR doesn't have the full Kiddy feel to it, but the custom tracks seals it being better due to it is only as limited by your imagination.
